Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

The villa was serene. It really looked exactly like the photos and nothing was out of place. The best part about it was that everything was very professionally managed and they reach out to the guests ahead of arrival, ensuring things are smooth. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and take safety very seriously. The rooms were grand and felt like a hotel room and though it was an AirBnb, it felt like a serviced home. They even threw in breakfast on the house on our last day. Overall - the experience was fabulous. Perfect for a group of 6-7.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Awesome place. Awesome host. Quite area and near good restaurants as well as beaches. Much bigger than it looks in pictures. Definitely recommend.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

This place was an absolute delight! The moment we stepped inside the house we were hit with immediate positive vibes. This place was lovely beyond our expectations. The property looks better then the photos , has a really pretty architecture and the best part were all these cute decorations and old school artifacts. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive during check in and check out process. The place was spotlessly clean and the entire property being seemingly new gave it a very fresh vibe. The property is also bigger than it looks in the pictures and we were highly impressed by the fact that how the 2 bedrooms on the first floor were basically mini apartments with their own living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All amenities that we needed were available. The location of the property is also perfect and quiet with multiple restaurants and beaches in a 10 min driving radius. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to return next time

Our stay was fantastic, the pool was clean,the rooms were tidy, and thou the internet went out due to the rain the beauty of the place compensated for it, the beech was quite empty as if it's all for urself to enjoy especially in the morning. Also the villa was asthetic and the caretaker was very understanding, with all amenities that u could think of. This place is filled with beautiful paintings that would make ur stay feel more special. Overall if ur visiting south goa and want to stay away from too crowded beech like palolem, this is the place you should consider

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

A lovely villa with two en-suite bedrooms of good size . Open plan kitchen living room which we didn’t use at all due to the beautiful veranda and garden to sit in , the kitchen we only used for tea making and fridge for drinks as we ate out the the myriad of nearby restaurants. The swimming pool is 20 yards away , beach only 5 minutes walk. The villa is comfortable and clean and cleaned daily by the cleaner . We had some issues with the internet and electricity and need for extra keys which the owner responded quickly and resolved the issues . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be returning .

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

This is a fabulously well designed, peaceful, green, river-side oasis within a 15-minute walk to the south Palolem beach. All amenities are carefully chosen to create a very design-forward, uncluttered, gracious space. This villa is designed in a very eco friendly, unobtrusive way with natural reed rugs, baskets and a lovely chariot. Do note: It is essential to use a taxi or have a small car/scooter as the beautiful, red stone walled drive is quite narrow. ( A rented Swift was fine with mirrors pulled in). On our first morning Diljit, the marvelous caretaker, brought us three fresh coconuts from the property. My mother asked for an iron and it appeared immediately. Diljit suggested Meena's, a local Goan restaurant within walking distance which is reasonably priced and fabulous. Towards the north of Palolem is Casa Jali, a wonderful place for a sunset drink or breakfast. We cant wait to return! Thank you so very much!!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.
