Located in Autignac, in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, the villa is ideally situated for exploring the region. Pézenas is just 15 minutes away, Béziers 20 minutes, and the beaches of Valras-Plage and Sérignan are around 30 minutes away. You can also visit the famous Fonseranes Locks, the Canal du Midi, Cap d'Agde, Aqualand, Lake Salagou, and the beautiful Héric Gorges. The village offers a grocery store, a café, and a restaurant. Just a 5-minute drive away, Magalas provides all the essential amenities, including a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, and various shops. L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
