Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy your morning coffee on the raised terrace, relax with a good book, and go on hikes starting from the cottage: between the Haut-Languedoc, the Montagne Noire, and the Monts de Lacaune, you can gently reconnect with what truly matters.

Prime location in a lovely village alongside the Canal du Midi & only 20min from Carcassonne, Canal view has a view over the lock at Marseillette. This 2 bed gite is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your 4 legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has it's own private patio overlooking the canal for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. A large heated pool amongst the olive trees and lavander with far reaching views of the mountains. 45 mins to the Med coast.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 10 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms/ livingroom. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Olive gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 min. drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 11 June to 14 September.

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Halfway between Toulouse and Montpellier, in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, Belsoleil is a unique place, isolated from the world, where you will enjoy the calm, silence and starry skies. Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
