I really enjoyed my stay at Seo’s apartment! The apartment has a wonderful view of both the sea and the city, which we could enjoy from the large balcony, definitely one of the highlights. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Seo was a great host, and I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Batumi.

Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

Türkiye’den gelerek İlk kez Airbnb kullandım bu sebeple endişem vardı. Ama ev sahibi çok çabuk ve hızlı bir şekilde evi tutmamıza yardımcı oldu. Türkiye’den gelecekler buraya kesin baksın. Logement très agréable avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires, on se croit vraiment comme à la maison. Le lit est confortable, le séjour agréable à vivre et la cuisine équipée de tout ce qu’il faut.

Василий , приветливый хозяин. встретил, все показал. Квартира находится рядом с аэропортом, переживали, что это будет доставлять неудобства, но нет все было хорошо, самолёты не напрягали вообще! Сама квартира соответствует описанию, было комфортно. Спасибо.

Son derece temiz ve ulaşımı kolay oldu ev sahibinin anlatımı adresi bulmak ve odaya giriş yapmamız için gayet yeterliydi. Oda görsellerde ki gibiydi ve çok rahat ettik.

Забронировали через сайт дом, сумма списалась, когда приехали оказывается дом был занят другими посетителями. К счастью, хозяин быстро ответил, деньги вернули!

Faruk Bey son derece anlayışlı ve misafirperver bir ev sahibiydi. Ev tertemiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülerek hazırlanmıştı. Doğanın tam kalbinde huzurlu bir konumda, manzarası nefes kesiciydi. Şömine başında geçirdiğimiz akşamlar ise tam anlamıyla keyifli ve unutulmazdı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz!

Perfect place for familles or groupe of Friends with several rooms, bathrooms and beds. the view is beautiful and you can easily walk to the main streets of Mestia and all the restaurants. Natia was also very helpful whenever we needed help from her. I recommend! thanks

Отличная квартира и радушная отзывчивая хозяйка Натали. Наслушавшись ужасов про лифты Батуми, сняли квартиру на первом этаже :) Пешком до пляжа 5-7 минут. Расположение - на границе центрального района и старого города, очень удобно гулять пешком. Квартира сохраняет прохладу даже в жаркую и душную погоду - были в августе, но далеко не всегда включали кондиционер. В квартире все как на фото - очень просторно, есть все необходимое. Спасибо Натали за подарочки - тарелку фруктов и вино. Всем рекомендую!

Это наилучшая локация для краткосрочного проживания в центре Тбилиси... Все популярные туристические объекты в шаговой доступности. Необходимая инфраструктура тоже. Это наилучшее соотношение локации и цены. (+ любезная хозяйка Гаяна всегда на связи и готова помочь)

مكان جميل وعائلة اجمل انصح بزيارته مرتب ونظيف ( يوجد درج طويل ) يبعد عن اوزنجول 30 دقيقه ومن اقرب ماركت 6 دقايق

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right across from the beach, and surrounded by tall pines. We loved the outside patio surrounded by lawn and plants. Mamuka responds right away to any questions or requests. Beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room, if needed. The cottage is one level, but there are 3 steps to get in, in case you have any elderly people. The village has 2 restaurants, in nearby hotels - both are a few steps away and have excellent menu and great wine. There is a little grocery store 5 min walk away that has all basic things. We did not have a car and made do with that - it worked well for the week. There is also a Dendrological park ~ 30 min walk away, we really liked it. The beach was not crowded at all, clean and very gentle sloping sandy shore. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Mamuka!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .
