Хочется сказать большое спасибо хозяевам за жилье. Идеальное расположение, было очень удобно гулять и перемещаться. Очень уютный и удобный дом, особенно веранда на крыше. Идеально для больших компаний. Особенно приятно, что разрешено заселение с собакой. Мы провели время замечательно и с радостью вернемся

super nice people and super nice place

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Отличный дом, гостепреимные хозяева Армаз и Нино и вся их большая Семья! Была цель жить в настоящем грузинском доме с историей и садом, по приезду мы его получили, родовой дом Армаза, сад и "домик в деревне" :) Ежедневно виделись с Армазом у него дома в Батуми, ходили гулять по Батуми, смотреть достопримечательности и на море с сыновьями Армаза: Анри, Лашей и Токо, вечерами часто засиживались до поздней ночи за совместными ужинами (наши друзья, жили в гостевом доме Армаза). Были приглашены на экскурсию по Аджарии на шашлыки и вино в загородний дом тетушки Мэри и дядюшки Надима, гдя я впервые увидел как растет фундук :) Даже вместе успели сходить на футбольный матч "Динамо" (Батуми). Целый месяц мы жили почти ОДНОЙ СЕМЬЕЙ. Если Вам нужно погружение в настоящую грузинскую среду, то вам нужно выбирать дом у Армаза. Благодаря этой поездке, мы навсегда полюбили Грузию и Намерены вернуться сюда следующим летом!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Tbilisi. The house is situated in a wonderful location, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with its incredible view—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though one of the rooms lacked a window, which was the only minor issue we encountered. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The neighborhood is excellent, and the location is strategic for exploring Tbilisi. Our host, Olga, was incredibly precise and welcoming, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Olga!

Natalie’s place is beautifully kept, modern and minimalistic house. She was very responsive too. Wish we could do another day at her house, but unfortunately had another booking in a different city. MUST stay at her house!

spacious apartment that is very comfy, cozy and really well thought out. my 2 favourite things were the bed and the full automatic espresso mashine. Anno is very warm and welcoming. she was so kind as to allow me a very early check in at 8am. the location is actually great too, its 15min walk to the historical center but very quite. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in recent years and is great value for money. wifi is very stable and fast. the tv is even bigger than in the pics.

Отличный большой дом! Три спальни. Гостинная! Три туалета. Удобная кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Хорошее расположение. Рядом соленное озеро и большой супермаркет. И до моря можно добраться на автобусе за копейки.

Это было первое наше жилье, где было действительно все необходимое. А мы уже 2.5 месяца путешествовали на тот момент. Мы наконец зашили дырку на штанах, так как у Кэти были иголки и нитки! :) Особую радость доставили дуршлаг и терка на кухне - если вам важна кухня, Вы поймёте мою боль :) здесь было все и даже больше! Спасибо и пожелания процветания хозяйке и ее семье.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. Yana was a great host and the place was incredible! It’s very close from the airport and only 10 minutes from most sites. Yana and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.

S ubytováním jsme byli velice spokojeni, je zde klidné prostředí s úžasným výhledem do okolí. Dům je ve velice dobrém stavu, hezky zařízený, všude čisto. Zahrada je fajn, dřevo je nachystáno, dvakrát jsme grilovali. Majitelé jsou velice milí a přátelští, pohotově reagují na jakýkoliv dotaz nebo při řešení nějakého problému. Celkově skvělé ubytování, doporučujeme !
