I stayed here for a whole month and loved it. Thank you so much to my hosts who were super responsive and helpful all the time. A beautiful home within a quiet private area but close to all the central action. Strong wi-fi so a great place for remote workers too. Xx

Mr.Geno's place met all our expectations. Locationwise it was in the heart of Tbilisi andfantastic, in walkable distance to all historical places, restaurants, cafes, bazaars. All amenities were available at house as described, even more Mr. Geno and Ms. Ineza immediately provided our additional requests. Kithen was very useful for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was more than enough. We had an amazing time due to Ms.Geno's hospitality. We will definitely prefer to stay at Mr.Geno's house in our nex visit..

We booked one night at Leonids house and had a super stay in the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The host and his family were very friendly and good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Ps. best nights sleep on our whole trip in Georgia!🛌💤

The place is very big and clean, there is everything you need, and if you need something else, just go upstairs and ask Zorbeg, he is very friendly. One of the best places we visited ever.

Very lovely and friendly couple. Even though they don’t speak english, they helped us with even organizing taxi and made sure we have a happy stay. Strongly recommended!

The place is as well described as in reality, excellent location right at the heart of the town. Very spacious and extremely comfortable stay with a decent price. The host was pleasant to interact with, highly recommended.

Удобное месторасположение, номера убираются вовремя, мебель и интерьер немного подуставшие, на полу местами сломана плитка, но в целом хозяин и не обещает шикарный ремонт. Зато есть своя терраса и территория, из-за зелени номера темные, но в жару это и неплохо. В моём номере не работал светильник над кроватью. Так же в ванной достаточно низкий потолок над раковиной. В номере нет фена и чайника, обратите внимание. Если их добавить, а ещё стиралку вообще бы цены не было

We had a wonderful stay at Irina's place. She was a warm and welcoming host, and the surroundings were beautiful. The location made it easy to get around, and don't forget to ask her for sightseeing tips and help with arranging taxis!

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por 4 dias e tivemos uma excelente experiência. O apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos, muito bem cuidado, limpo e silencioso. Destaque para os mimos que foram deixados na mesa, como flores, chá e doces. O anfitrião foi flexível no check-in e no check-out, nos deu ótimas dicas do que fazer na região e foi simpático. Recomendamos e certamente retornaríamos em uma próxima viagem a Borjomi!

Great location, nice apartment and fast landlord. We had an issue with smell for a few days which seems to have been due to a leaking pipe but it was solved. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

We stayed in there for 4 nights and the place is very close to the City center. İn addition, the inside of the facility was very secure. There are many employees around that you can ask for help. Thanks for everything

Она встретила нас с радушием, посоветовала места, которые нужно посетить в первую очередь и дала рекомендации по пребыванию в Грузии. Жильё превзошло все наши ожидания. Шикарные, стильные, просторные, продуманные до мелочей апартаменты в самом центре Тбилиси. Кровати большие и удобные. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления завтрака или ужина. Очень комфортно для пребывания 4х человек. Огромное спасибо, Тата, за помощь в нашей нестандартной ситуации!!!

Aleqsi was really kind person. The home is near to the central. It was like 20 minute by walk, with taxi max 8 min. Thanks for everything.

The location was perfect, close to both the city center and bus station. The room is very small, but still has a functioning table, refrigerator and kettle, it's a great place to base yourself for a short stay.

Приехали к Zaze перед самым годом. Это большой частный дом, нас разместили в просторной гостиной где были 2 кровати + спальня большая кровать. В гостиной на столе нас ждало приветствие от хозяев вино, чача, фрукты и сладости. Очень приятно, мы уставшие с дороге перекусили и легли спать в застланные белоснежные постели. Хозяин Zaza и Нино очень добрые и внимательные хозяева, люди православной веры на все наши желания были отзывчивы, всячески помогая и организовывая наш досуг. Мы очень благодарны этим людям, за время проведенное у них. Будем помнить и обязательно если будем в Тбилиси заедем к ним опять!

Отличное место! Расположение в самом центре старого города, всегда в центре событий. Все очень чисто и атмосферно. Мы забронировали место прямо в день прилета и приехали почти ночью, при этом хозяева нас радушно встретили и мы все время были на связи. Однозначно советую!

Хороший номер со всем необходимым. - Современный интерьер. - Приятная ванная комната, с тропическим душем. - Яркое освящение. - Очень удобное расположение, рядом есть кафе: Ташир и FoodCort. - Уборка раз в 2 недели на высочайшем уровне. - На общей кухне есть всё необходимое, в том числе кофемашина. - Так же владелец часто снабжает различными скидками, в том числе в ближайший магазин продуктов.
