Vacation rentals with beach access in Caucasus

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

المنطقة رائعه و هادئة و قريبة من جميع المطاعم و يوجود سوبر ماركت بجانب المبنى و المبنى قريب من المناطق الحيوية تستطيع المشي و الوصول إلى منطقة الميناء البحري و فيه أنشطة كثيرة كذالك الساحة الاوربية قريبة المضيف ودود جدا و متفهم و يقدم المساعدة و سريع الاستجابة الشقة نظيف جدا و جميلة و توفير فيها جميع احتياجات يوجد مصعد يساعدك على سهولة الوصول إلى الشقة .

Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

Actually it was the most beautiful apartment I have ever rented on airbnb. It is very spacious, beautifully designed, very well equipped. The location is also super - close to the sea and restaurants as well. The only downside is that as it is situated in quite a busy area it is always very noisy in the late evening.

Орби блок Д2- самый просторный и современный.Заходишь,и уже нравиться начало заезда. Так как поездка была не только для отдыха,но и для работы,мне было важно наличие рабочей поверхности. Есть два дополнительных столика под такие цели-это большой плюс.Можно комфортно поработать за ноутбуком. Только в этих апартаментах от Орби я увидела большого размера кофеварку,если с компанией,можно заварить за один раз-экономит время! Чисто,уютно,спокойно.Особенно хочу сказать спасибо о заботе к гостям-в спальне дополнительный шкаф для вещей и чемоданов. Также есть возможность включить спокойный режим освещения возле кровати-есть в наличии Led-подсветка,что делает номер ультра-современным,можно не напрягать глаза. Всегда есть водичка и чай,о чем не нужно думать в первые часы пребывания.Рекомендую.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Отличная квартира, расположенная в историческом центре, 5 мин пешком до площади Европа и до площади Пьяцца 10 мин пешком до моря. Рядом в 5 мин ходьбы есть кафе, где можно позавтракать (мы ходили в кафе через дорогу 1 мин) , в пешей доступности несколько магазинов, где можно купить воду, фрукты и выпечку. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень удобная гостиная, большой телевизор. Подойдет для семьи из 3-5 чел. Ремонт свежий, под’езд чистый. Из минусов шум с улицы, но при закрытых окнах его не слышно, а комфортную температуру можно выставить при помощи кондиционера или включить отопление с терморегулятором в прохладный период. Осман был очень вежлив, отзывчив, заранее ответил на все наши вопросы. За пару дней до приезда мне написала Гульнара, и встретила нас на месте. Все показала и рассказала. Во время нашего прибывания была на связи. Однозначно рекомендую апартаменты и хозяина.

если быть краткой, то однозначно рекомендую. очень уютно и красиво. все есть, кроме е микроволновки, но для меня это совсем не критично. критично - наличие жезвы для варки кофе, и это огроменный плюс. была в мае, утром и вечером на улице прохладно, а в доме очень тепло и в дополнение ещё и батарея есть. рядом магазин, но открывается только в начале июня. кафе в 3х минутах ходьбы. пляж отличный. в общем мне все понравилось. о хозяйке - ответы практически,ки моментальные и на все вопросы. жаль не удалось лично увидеться. кстати, очень. важный момент - разрешила сделать позднее выселение. добраться не проблема - такси я ндекс есть. время ожидания минут 10. для меня нормально. все дело в планировании времени. спасибо за гостеприимство.

Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ve yardımseverdi. Sorun çıktığında bize elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Evin manzarası huzur doluydu. Trabzon’da tercih edilecek en güzel mekan olduğunu söyleyebilirim hem evin konumu havalimanına 15 dakika hem de merkeze 15 dakika yakınlıkta. Biz 1 haftalık tatilden çok keyif aldık her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в одном из домиков Мамуки. Потрясающее место, тихая, спокойная часть поселка Шекветили. Классный домик, много места, всё продумано. Уютно и красиво.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

Die Lage war perfekt. Mamiko war ein sooo guter Gastgeber – hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Alles, was wir brauchten, hat er uns sofort besorgt – wie in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Ich möchte mich nur bei Mamiko bedanken, dass er uns so eine schöne Erinnerung geschenkt hat. Immer wieder gerne dahin.

3 gün boyunca konakladığım, gayet temiz,düzenli yapısı ve sessiz,sakin çevresi ile rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir bnb deneyimi.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
