Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Снимала жилье для своей мамы. Ей всё очень понравилось Простое заселение, удобное расположение. В квартире есть все необходимые мелочи для кухни Хорошая звукоизоляция, хоть и окно выходит на оживленную улицу. До моря рукой подать, вокруг есть все нужные магазины, кафе, обменники. Зимой тепло, отопление работает хорошо, особенно в спальне Большое спасибо за приятный приём:)

It’s a standard studio in an apart-hotel, everything as expected. The host was responsive and quick to reply. But the best thing about this apartment is the view from the window – it’s absolutely amazing!

Çok güzel bir yerdi, Kahka’nın annesi bizi karşıladı. Çok güzel Türkçe konuşuyordu ve inanılmaz dost canlısı bir kadındı. Ev çok güzeldi, özellikle balkonu harika. Temizlikle ilgili hiçbir sorun yoktu. Bir daha görüşmek dileğiyle 💖

Мы снимали квартиру на месяц. У нас не было никаких проблем с общением, все вопросы решались очень быстро. Из очевидных плюсов: есть все необходимое, даже посудомоечная машина и рабочее место. Квартира просторная, светлая, в супер районе. Из особенностей: квартира в старом доме, есть недостатки в ремонте, которых не видно на фото, но нас это не беспокоило. В ванной может быть не очень приятный запах из сточной трубы, но с ним справляется вытяжка. Кондиционер работает в большой комнате, в спальне в сильную жару может быть немного душно. Чтобы в душе был сильный напор горячей воды, нужно включать в розетку насос на кухне. Очень много тарелок. Но почти вся посуда не предназначена для разогрева в микроволновой печи кроме одной глубокой керамической миски. Просто есть ряд нюансов, на которые тяжело не обратить внимание. В целом мы остались очень довольны проведенным временем в Тбилиси и выбором квартиры.

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close. Great place. In real life it’s bigger than on photos. The place is on the second floor, helps to hear noises less, but requires to ascend every time. It’s clean and has everything for your stay.

The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that
