Monthly Rentals in Catharpin

We had an excellent stay at Laura's place. Thorough directions and instructions on getting in were provided. Having the driveway for parking was a luxury - it was just steps away from the front door. After a long day of travel, we really appreciated that. Having a kitchenette made meals, easy to enjoy. Whether throwing something together or bringing takeout in, it was nice to have the space. The workspace was very helpful. It offers a nice desk, etc. and privacy if you need to get some work done during your stay. The wifi was awesome. We took full advantage of having a spacious bathroom and powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows and linens, should you need them. There's a huge closet to store your belongings with lots of hangers. We especially liked that there wasn't a lot of clutter. A calming and clear space. We hope to stay again when we are in the area. Faranak and Ali were wonderful hosts. They were always responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The space was exactly as advertised, clean, peaceful, and private. They were exceptional hosts and I really enjoyed my long term stay and would stay again in the future! Thank you!

Beautiful cottage next to the owners home. We stayed with our dog and it was right on their farm. Such a beautiful property with our own screened in porch to have morning coffee & view of the pond. Loved the fresh eggs provided from their chickens, they were delicious!! And it was really nice to take walks around the property and see the goats/cows/chickens. The guest cottage was great & loved having kitchen and laundry. There were also tons of walking trails / vineyards close by. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Qasim and his wife were so wonderful and responsive the entire stay. He even came right home to help me when the power triped to restart my laundry haha I felt so bad he came all the way back but he was just so kind and never made us feel like a bother at all. Their back yard is incredible! They play jungle gym was a major hit for my kids! And it was incredible having a nice fenced back yard for our dog to play too. Overall the entire experience was lovely and the hosts were just as good if not better than anyone could ever hope for! I love that their place is also in a safe and relaxing neighborhood close to DC which is exactly what we were looking for with our 4kids and our dog! Beautiful stay and beautiful people!
