Listing looked like described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it was much quieter than in the city. The hostess was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nice and as described in the pictures. It is clean and has a very nice view. It is outside, but the E02 runs almost in front of the door. For this price, I highly recommend the apartment! We were really very, very satisfied :)

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. We were lucky to stay in her lovely apartment. She is friendly, considerate and quick to respond to any inquiries. The place is in a very good location. And it is located on a high floor, so the view is good. The rooms are clean and towels and bedding are changed. The pillows and sheets on the bed have a nice scent. I would like to stay again on my next visit to Hanoi

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

All of us enjoyed staying at Helen 's apartment. There are 3 supermarkets nearby for us to buy our items and easy to move around. Helen was helpful in settling us into the apartment. She was kind to make arrangement for a pick up from the airport to her apartment. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

Great host with a cozy snd beautiful home

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.
