Monthly Rentals in Cat Co 1 Beach

A beautiful and unique location, with lovely staff and great food. We took the private boat tour and had a great day. The food each day was amazing and the staff looked after us so well. Communication was great and the host was great at sorting transport to and from the property. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, value for money and the breakfast is an added bonus. They booked our day cruise and also our transfers between towns. I highly recommend them.
