Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.

Holiday cottage of charm

At 400 m of the center of the village. On the bottom of a restanque, the holiday cottage carefully fitted out by 44 m ² is opened on the swimming pool (available swimming pool from the middle of April to the middle of October). Of type loft with lounge, mezzanine of 16 m ², fitted out American kitchen, bathroom with toilets.

5' from the beach, wonderful view on the ponds

Large flat, view on the "gold pond " ,"Pérols pond" , "Pic St loup" mountain, is very nice from the terrasse. Sometime the sunset on eastern, are wonderful. All shops and restaurants are very closed, the flat is situated around the port. You can go to the beach 10’ by foot.
