Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

Nathalie was so warm and helpful. We would immediately book this location again and recommend it to everyone! A great Airbnb experience! Really a great, small apartment with a pool in the complex and almost directly on the beach. Natalie also went to great lengths with our bicycles, thank you so much!

We treated ourselves to a little break. Annie, a warm and incredibly great woman, welcomed us. Despite the language barrier, since we don't speak French, but only English and German, everything worked smoothly. She showed us the beach and the apartment, and we felt very comfortable immediately. The apartment is small, sweet and furnished with a lot of love. The neighbors were also all super friendly. I can't report anything negative and am glad to have found this small, sweet apartment. We had cozy days and evenings. We were very happy to use the barbecue and left our remaining charcoal for the next tenant, in the hope that more people can enjoy such beautiful evenings there. The departure also went without complications. Thanks again to Annie – I hope to see you again sometime!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very nice. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

This fisherman's hut is a peaceful oasis, a cozy little cocoon. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, shops… The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The small terrace with its summer kitchen allows you to share convivial moments. Everything is designed to be enjoyed while recharging. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, and it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (Air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide and help them as much as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best – after the promenade you stand directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that attention to detail is paid here. The personal greeting by our host, who welcomed us warmly and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region, was particularly nice. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. Clear recommendation for those looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Clean, quiet and well-equipped apartment. Especially with the umbrella bed for our baby. Privileged location just steps to the beach, very convenient when you want to spend a quiet family vacation without moving the car. The only small downside we encountered during our stay, but completely independent of Emilie, is the very weak 4G/5G mobile network at the "fruit" operator in the apartment.

Great for a weekend away from a headache. The accommodation is in a quiet area, close to beaches and restaurants. And the private parking space is also a very positive point.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.

Jean Francois could not have been more helpful. Lovely flat with great views - especially at sunset. The flat was short of nothing - it had everything we wanted and more. It was very well equipped and felt like a home. The area was great - good choice of restaurants, long sandy beaches very close by, cycle hire - and good cycle network. Easy to get into Montpellier by bus and tram.

Our expectations for the apartment were fully met. Communication with Aurelien and Jean went smoothly. The equipment is well thought out and there are enough shelves, hooks and storage areas even in the small bathroom and the small kitchen. The garage space is easily accessible and spacious. The view and terrace are the icing on the cake.

I'm used to sleep in Bira's flat. It'd always a pleasure, quiet, with all necessary amenities.
