Beachfront vacation rentals in Castricum aan Zee

I spent a few nice days with my dog at Siennie's place. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, parking is available directly at the house. The place was clean and there was everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The highlight was of course the beach within walking distance. Unfortunately, you only find out on site that dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in bed. It would have been nice to get this information before booking. Apart from that, everything else was perfect, and I felt very comfortable at the place.

The location directly on the bay is very nice. The accommodation and the associated outdoor area are very cozy, so you can feel really comfortable there. Unfortunately, the sea was almost unseen during our summer vacation. For bathing, shopping and dining, you depend on the car.

Monique was a fantastic host and has a fantastic little apartment! The price was well worth the value and a place to park without having to pay just adds to that value. The place was immaculately cleaned and she even gave us a little gift basket uncluding treats for our dogs. We highly recommend Monique and this place!

We were very pleased. The area is quiet, child-friendly and both beach and shopping are easily accessible. In case of problems, Gerard was always responsive and could help. Since there were no guests in the house the day before our arrival, we were even allowed in before 3 PM.

Everything was perfect: the quiet location and only a few minutes from the beach and dunes, the welcome and very clear instructions, neat decoration, small touches for humans and the dog on our arrival, we feel that every detail has been thought out so that we are well

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

Very nice place to stay to spend the holiday with the family. The accommodation is very well located close to the beach and other excursion destinations and offers everything you need. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation which is in a good location, close to the sea, amenities. A beautiful little corner of the country to discover. Our host was responsive and gave us clear instructions for check-in, which we found without any problems. The accommodation is well equipped.

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The space is highly recommended. The view is beautiful and the apartment is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax super due to the proximity to the beach.

Fantastic Stay in a Cozy Beach Cottage.. After a long drive we were warmly welcomed. For the kids, there was a bag of chips and ranja ready, which they could really use after the trip. Very sweet! The cottage is very neat and nicely decorated, really a wonderful place. The beach is nearby and there are also many other beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

A beautiful little house with everything your heart needs. Great, very well-kept garden, in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get everywhere by bike, by the sea, in small towns, etc. If you are looking for a break by the sea and in a lovingly prepared ambience, you will find exactly the right thing here. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

Peter and Jeannette's cottage is simply a little gem – lovingly decorated, super well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. You can tell right away how much passion they put in here. Peter and Jeannette are very special hosts – so warm, attentive and helpful. We felt welcome from the first moment. When we needed help freezing Mailo's food, it wasn't an issue for them at all – just great! The beaches of Petten and Callantsoog are only about 10 minutes by car and perfect for long walks – especially with dog. The lighthouse with the cozy restaurant in Huisduinen (about 30 minutes away) was also a real highlight. We had a wonderful time all around and are just grateful to have been able to spend our vacation with such lovely people. From the heart 5 stars – we will definitely be back!🤗.

The place was fantastic – right on the sea with fantastic views. Everything was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!

We (three friends) had a wonderful (albeit short) time at Fadime and Leo's place. The beach as well as the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also good. We felt really welcome and would come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 🤗🐚

Mick is a good host. The place was very peaceful and calm. You have all the necessary items makes you feel like home. Station, bus stand and grocery market are all near by to his place ( walking distance ).

The Airbnb has a great location; You can get to the beach quickly and many restaurants await you. The train station is also not far away and within walking distance. We can't complain! We would definitely recommend Airbnb! :)

Super holiday home for max. 4 people. Beach reachable in a good 10 minutes by car. Great nature and dunes in the vicinity.

Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

Laurien en Floris’ home is everything one could wish for during a family stay on the Dutch coast. Prior to arrival we were sent clear instructions that helped us find our way in- and outside the house. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and very accommodating. The house is also amazing for children- with a trampoline, a slide and a whole room full of toys! The house is located nearby arguably the best beach in the Netherlands. It is 3 mins walking distance to this beach and beach bars. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!
