Julie’s place was everything we needed for our stay in Newstead. Comfortable, warm and clean and accommodating three couples easily without us feeling cramped. The kitchen was well equipped for meals at home and we also loved having the fireplace. Highly recommend Julie’s place.

We loved our stay at the barn , this is such a cosy space. Perfect in winter by the fireplace. We loved all the art decor and musical instruments in the barn, such an inviting place. We really enjoyed the chilled out nights by the fire playing board games. Sarah was great with communications and check in instructions. We would Definately stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Maree’s place! It was a cute and cozy house—perfect for a peaceful bush getaway. The property was very quiet, and we loved the surprise of seeing kangaroos roaming around each day. It’s only about 20 minutes from Bendigo CBD, which made for an easy day trip. The house had everything we needed in terms of utilities, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Thanks, Maree!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and unique property. The quietness of the surroundings made for a relaxing getaway, and staying in the converted bus was a novel and comfortable experience. The place was warm and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full range of kitchen utensils. The pool table and table tennis provided great entertainment. A small note for future guests – as the area is very tranquil, it is best to be mindful of noise to respect the neighbours. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Rise Farm - "Hanging Rock House" Thank you to Mary for for the opportunity to stay in your lovely property. We were so warm and comfortable and all wished we had been able to stay longer. It is fabulously appointed and perfect to relax in. Everything you could possibly wish for in terms of amenities was available for our use and the open fire completed the ambience. Excellent communication ensured our total relaxation right from making the booking.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful and characterful home set in nature. Lots of lovely walks nearby and great coffee shops in town.

Such a gorgeous airbnb with a beautiful view of Ballarat, close enough that everything we needed was a 5 min drive away but far enough out of town that we could enjoy the peace. The space is so homey and vintage, would highly recommend- the hosts were also absolutely wondering and very accomodating!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Absolutely wonderful stay, beautiful and serene location, such a lovely property. Annie was friendly and helpful, happy to offer up some advice as a local to help us navigate the weekend as well as some extra info left inside should we need it. The stay was clean and tidy, all the amenities you could need were provided + more. We had a great time, thank you :)

We loved our stay in Jane’s cosy, warm and well appointed property. It’s close to all the restaurants and shops, but removed and quiet. We especially loved the welcoming food items and the laundry! We would not hesitate to return.

Linda’s place was lovely, quite literally at the entrance to sovereign hill if that’s something you want to do (definitely do) It was a great price also for 2 nights, thanks Linda !

Impromptu stay and only booked the day before but Annie was accomodating. we arrived late in the evening and Annie turned lights and heating on for us. Absolutely appreciative of her hospitality. Highly recommend x

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Fantastic- only down side being the need to be reasonably agile as there is only one shower over the spa bath. Also no tissues (perhaps an oversight) and a coffee plunger & teapot would be a worthwhile addition. Overall very lovely!
