Leonardo’s cottage was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The views are breathtaking. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet yet walkable into the stunning town of Citta Della Pieve. Leonardo and his partner went way over and above to help us during our stay. They are incredibly kind, proactive and responsive hosts. The pictures on the listing don’t do the place justice. It’s truly beautiful and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a very peaceful and quiet rural holiday in the beautiful Umbrian countryside.

La Terrazza - A cool oasis.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

A great and strategic place in the middle of Tuscany. Close to Cortona, Siena, Florence, it really is in the middle. Hosts are extremely responsive, and will be on the spot quicker than a 911 call should you need help. Very recommended!

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

We were 14 people and the host accommodated us in large and comfortable rooms. He explained to us where to go and what to do in the area in great detail. We were well taken care of and the host was also very responsive on the phone. The property is located among the hills of Umbria and is surrounded by a beautiful countriside, but with an easy access to Todi. The location is very peaceful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time, living la dolce vita!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. A little away from the historic center (about a 30 minute walk), but the path is pleasant. The host was very kind, left coffee and other things for us to use in the kitchen. The only thing not so good is the shower, which is very weak and has sudden changes in temperature.

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The apartment is beautiful, very well cared for, tastefully furnished. The area is quiet, quiet. Thank you for your quick check-in. I was in a hurry. Unfortunately, I was there very little, a few hours a night, because I was there for work. That's a shame. It deserves to be lived.
