The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. A little away from the historic center (about a 30 minute walk), but the path is pleasant. The host was very kind, left coffee and other things for us to use in the kitchen. The only thing not so good is the shower, which is very weak and has sudden changes in temperature.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Fantastic views and location within Montepulciano oldtown, free parking 2 min walk. Super clean and nice modern bathroom.

Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

Elena and Enrico were super friendly, the place was extremly relaxing we wished to stay more than 3 days after spending time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic stuff.

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. I'm satisfied in every way. However, it would be better if there were bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) and basic seasonings in the kitchen. I had a good rest.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The apartment is beautiful, very well cared for, tastefully furnished. The area is quiet, quiet. Thank you for your quick check-in. I was in a hurry. Unfortunately, I was there very little, a few hours a night, because I was there for work. That's a shame. It deserves to be lived.

What can I say, Marian and Luca were more than helpful. We would just like to say thank you again! The word no was not in their vocabulary. We felt completely comfortable. Even with a toddler and dog, we were not only warmly received but the two were also felt to be a highlight for the hosts. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We'll see each other again. really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

The week we spent in Umbria was wonderful, magnificent places and an apartment that, on the way back of the day, made us feel at home. Clean, tidy, stocked with everything we need, and well heated. The location is perfect, close to the most beautiful villages and a stone's throw from the airport. Claudio and Martina were very kind and discreetly present, they pampered us and satisfied us in our every need. Two special people! We recommend Oliveto to everyone, a comfortable nest also for those like us who have to travel with a small child.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!
