This was the best apartment in 10 years that we have spent on vacation in Italy! Nice young guys are ready to help. Always in touch. The apartment itself is perfectly clean, equipped with everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything at all. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with good linen. The apartment is suitable for a long stay for a family of 4-5 people. Most importantly, the house is decorated with great love and taste. Very cozy. There's a balcony. Quiet neighborhood. 50 meters from the apartment there is a good supermarket, 100 meters from the railway station. There is a great restaurant nearby. The old town is a 30-minute walk away. We highly, highly recommend this place! It's worth the money spent. I wish the guys success and all the best! Thank you! If we go back to Castillon, we will only stay here.

Beautiful apartment in the center, great location. Tidy and well-kept. Maybe not perfect cleanliness, but we were traveling with a small child who went to explore every corner. Very kind owners and always available! Overall a great stay!

Franco met us in the town center and we followed his car on a 8 minute drive down a narrow side street to the apartment. We conversed using Google Translate and he showed us everything around the house. He is a gem of a person and very helpful. He sent us a lot of useful information about events around the town for Easter. The apartment is small, cozy and rustic with the basics. The porch in front of the main door offers a great view of the countryside, partially hidden by the house in front. The Medieval tower of Castiglione Florentine is pretty with excellent views. You need a car to explore the surrounding area. We loved Assisi, Montepulciano, Sienna - so many beautiful towns. P.S. The wi-fi is flaky and not sufficient for working remotely on zoom/teams conferences.
