The house is very close to the lake and the square. The space is intimate (16 sqm + 9 sqm terrace) divided into two floors. You enter from the first flight of stairs on a small balcony for exclusive use (the entrance door is here). On the right is the bedroom and on the left is the bathroom. Going up the stairs you enter the attic/kitchen and the exit to the terrace that faces the lake through the roofs of the village

Castelveccana is an excellent tourist destination thanks to its hamlet of Calde', known as the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore". We have an apartment on two levels with a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area on the ground floor. Upstairs, an open space with a kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed. Comfortable for 4 people, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi in all rooms. The house is completed by a terrace overlooking the lake of about 10 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation.

The bright and spacious apartment of about 80 square meters is suitable for couples and families looking for a little relaxation and a break from the hectic everyday life. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
