The house is 78 m2, consists of a living-dining room, spacious kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an office with 2 dedicated workplaces. A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Trata-se de um estúdio, no rés de chão de uma moradia, com entrada independente. Quarto e cozinha juntos e casa de banho privativa. Tem estacionamento grátis à porta. O espaço tem ao todo 25 m2. cama de corpo e meio. A cidade é muito bonita para visitar, com museus e parques. Possui uma piscina praia, a maior da Península Ibérica. Boa restauração. tem uma rede de bicicletas partilhadas "Binas"... Boa gastronomia, e gente acolhedora.

Our house is on the same property, with two more guest rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a dry composting toilet in the garden. We provide a mosquito net in summer and an electric heater in winter.
