It’s tucked away in a tranquil and picturesque location, offering a unique sense of peace and beauty that is hard to find. The house itself is full of character, with thoughtful details that make it feel both cozy and luxurious. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every corner radiating comfort and warmth. The surroundings were breathtaking, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I truly felt at home here and can’t wait to return to such a beautiful and special place.

I had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Lontra. The property is beautiful and the apartment was charming and comfortable. I traveled with my dog who also had a great time between the river and play time with the host's dogs. Access to the property might look tricky, but it's perfectly doable.

If you come for a very quiet, private place. This is the place to be. The 5 starts are totally deserved because it completely fulfilled our wishes. But don’t expect a kitchen where you can cook for a wedding or a big dance floor in the accommodation. It is a place to live outside in nature. The SUP that Joao provided is a big recommendation. Everything is even better from the water. Do note that the neighbours dog can go off so now and then en that sets off all te dogs in de valley and vice versa 🤣. Not much a problem for us and nothing Joao can do much about. When they go really wild I believe the neighbours takes them inside. Joao is always on standby en very helpful. Thank you Joao for sharing the wonderful place.

We were warmly welcomed by CELIA. The apartment was beautiful, clean and decorated with fresh flowers. She even bought fresh food for us. Your tips for exploring the area were very valuable. A very nice and relaxing house with everything you could need. The surroundings are super nice and private. Plenty of places where you can lie on the lake and swim.

Mr. Rui was impeccable from the beginning. From giving us locations of spaces we would never find out for ourselves, to sending a message extending the checkout without us asking. The house itself is pleasant, very small, more than 4 people is difficult, but it was extremely clean and tidy. We were offered wood every day to use on the salamander. 5 star service. I recommend it.

Ana's space is fantastic: calm, quiet, excellent for a weekend where the focus is on resting. Ana was super helpful and nice! Experience to repeat!
