Il nuovissimo alloggio Vi da il benvenuto nel cuore del centro storico di Reggio Emilia, perfetto per raggiungere comodamente tutte le mete migliori della città. Non vi mancheranno una ampia scelta di ristoranti della tradizione Emiliana, locali aperitivo ed atmosfere romantiche. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina completamente ristruttura in zona a traffico limitato, il parcheggio più vicino si trova in via San Girolamo, gratuito dalle ore 20 alle 8 e nei giorni festivi.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station.
