I had a wonderful stay at Natalia's place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well taken care of, and I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. I really appreciated the warm touches, thoughtful hospitality and Natalia's attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

A very good place, I don't know if it's 10 but at least 8.5. Normal cleaning, it wasn't excessively clean, but everything was in order. The neighborhood very quiet. The connections with the bus very good and from the airport also very well, about 25 minutes away. The house is not missing any utensils, two very comfortable double beds and a bathroom with shower also well sized. Overall it was a perfect stay for our visiting days in Venice and the rest of the Islands. Also Gabrielle attentive in communication and allowed us to enter early, about 2 hours before. I would definitely go back if I go back to this area

Very friendly. Flexible check-in, which was very good. Overnight stay for a few days for the price is great. Unfortunately, due to the main road, it is relatively noisy at night. For me, that was still okay, but for the family, it was a bit loud. Overall, the apartment was very clean and well maintained and had everything you need on site. I can definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for an apartment for just a few days.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

The location of the apartment was really good. The layout of the apartment is a bit strange but overall it's a nice place

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Gaetano's place! The communication when checking in was very quick and efficient. The place was very clean, we've been especially surprised with the bathroom. You have everything you need inside. The location is very central, but at the same time is private enough to be quiet during the nights. Recommend!
