One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. We are two sisters, Claudia and Chiara, born and raised in the most authentic part of Venice. We belong to the sixth generation of Venetians in our family. Together with mom Marisa and dad Carlo, we open the doors of our apartment located in the heart of the Sestiere di Castello, a stone's throw from the Biennale, a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and two vaporetto stops from the beach of the Lido di Venezia.

This one bedroom apt has a stunning view over the Arsenale and the Alps. Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). From the living room you can see the Alps sometimes capped with snow and the wall of the Arsenale, the dockyard dating back to the XIII century.
