The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Beautiful chalet, clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything. Great for those traveling with their own animals; the garden is fully fenced. Mrs. Anna is very kind. The published photos don't make it more beautiful in real life. We'll definitely be back as we had a really good time.

We loved our escape in the mountains. Sauna & pool was a real treat. We loved the fireplace in the house as it heats the whole house. Easy to drive to nearest shop if need anything. Mario has a great restaurant as well. We will be back

Lovely host and fantastic location! Barbara and her family made us feel very welcome and gave us very useful advice and information on what to see in the historic town. She and her family even helped us with getting a car park in front of the house. We visited all locations on foot as everything is so close by. Highly recommend!

Giulia’s apartment had everything we needed for our four night stay. It is spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The large patio was the ideal spot for an afternoon drink overlooking the beautiful trees in the very large front yard. A day trip trip to Bologna involved a short drive to the Rastignano station car park to catch the train to Bologna Centrale. Giula was the perfect host and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
