We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. Hof Neuhaus, perfect for peace seekers. The 82m² holiday apartment is located in a farm and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment has an extremely spacious living room with lots of wood . In addition to the large kitchen, the apartment also has a spacious bedroom with a double bed made of pine wood with an adjoining, renovated bathroom. A second double bed can be set up in the living room. There is a large terrace overlooking the Dolomites

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
