The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Firstly this place is amazing!! From the personal greeting when you arrive (we arrived at nearly 11pm), fresh salad, fruit, vegetables, local honey, olive oil from the olive trees in the valley…every detail was covered in this little oasis. The villa had everything you needed and was cosy, the pool was amazing for a swim overlooking the the valley. Ute was always warm and friendly on hand for any advice of places to visit. Then there were the pets 2 or 3 cats (one of which called Mrs Sunshine took up residence with us for most of our stay) and the donkey and her donkey / horse cross daughter were a source of amusement during our break I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

We greatly enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool. The Italian weather was a nice gift for us in April. The owners are extremely friendly. Everything was as described in the listing. I'd recommend to everyone. Extra tip: We sailed with a motorboat via Makari Boat rental in Castellamare del Golfo. Very cool to do. Thanks again for everything! Arrivederci!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Uncomplicated, lovable, caring, great hosts, we almost felt like part of the family - Gabriele, Ettore and Ettores mother, the good soul of the house, provided us several times with local delicacies and when the water was running out, a new 6-pack was already at the door, the same applies to the bedding - the host family is a well-established team that does everything in the background to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you!! The terrace is incredibly beautiful, I don't think there is anything comparable near Palermo, free parking right outside the door. The azure sea is right under the apartment, we were able to relax well and would like to come back, we found the hospitality in addition to this jewel of an apartment very special!

Our stay in Marina's "Perfect House" was very pleasant, thanks to a cozy environment equipped with all comforts, with attention to cleanliness and details, exceeding our expectations: stocked pantry, drinks in the fridge and a nice basket of Sicilian citrus fruits. The strategic location allowed us to visit the historic center of Palermo on foot, and to easily access all services. Marina is a kind and helpful host, always ready for any need, also giving us great tips on what to visit and where to eat. We highly recommend it!

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We had a good time, Antonio was very kind and left us a welcome breakfast with great coffee, he also gave us great tips for visiting Cefalù and Castelbuono with the Fiasconaro pastry shop

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

The house is extremely pretty and well decorated, in a very quiet area where the streets smell of jasmine and oranges. Less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach. we felt right at home! Thanks also for the kindness of our hosts and their responsiveness.

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

Carlo and Laura’s place is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Apartment is well equipped with everything one needs at home and on the beach. One feels like at home, it’s very cosy. There is a beautiful view from their terrace. Apartment is located in a few meters from the sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are many bars and restaurants and groceries close by. And the city center is easily accessible by bus which stops close to the apartment. Communication with Carlo was easy and pleasant. Thank you Carlo and Laura for hosting us!

We had a great week. I recommend it 100%. The house is exactly as described. A quiet place and close to everything at the same time, to visit Palermo or enjoy the surrounding nature. Thanks to Alessandro and his friend Mimmo for their hospitality.

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Filippa, a lovely, generous lady who hosted the accommodation, was both very informative and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Filippa!

The stay in Claudio and Giuliana's apartment was great. The house is in a quiet street, but close to the liveliness of Piazza Magione and almost everything is within walking distance. It has the luxury of a beautiful roof terrace, and an outdoor kitchen! There are two great bedrooms and the living room is small but nice. It is nice that there are several possibilities in the house: the living room is cool and dark for hot days, and the roof terrace is wonderful for when the sun is not too hot. In short: recommended!
