Very nice apartment, very close to supermarket, town centre. Clean and very well presented. Milco was really helpful with instructions and showed an interest for me to enjoy my stay. I loved this place and would definitely return here

The accommodation is very nice and clean and Giulia is very kind, she made us find a homemade pie, fruit, water, some food in the fridge and everything we needed for breakfast. The village is about a 10-minute walk away and there is a market about 15 minutes away. There's a restaurant right next door, but it's only open Friday through Sunday. To park it has a clearing in front of the house in a private street, we only stayed one night, but the place is highly recommended

Barbara is a fantastic host, she welcomed us with kindness and was always available although with privacy, it was like having a friend and she also welcomed our labrador who immediately felt calm and safe in Barbara's house. The house is beautiful, tastefully furnished, small but had everything we needed and much more. The place was strategic to quickly reach the historic center on foot. Everything was perfect and very very nice.

Loved the location with lots of places to eat, several grocery stores, close to San Fillipo and Ascoli Train Stations. Also big enough for a family of four with a great balcony to sit out on. Alberto made the stay so easy for us. I only needed to reach out one time for a question and Alberto replied within minutes. Definitely a great host, a very clean place to stay and worth the price.
