We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment. I stayed here with my two teenagers. Caternia was very accommodating for our arrival and departure. The apartment is spotless and the palazzo is beautiful. Truly an oasis of calm within easy walking distance to major landmarks. I highly recommend it.

Great two night stay in central Florence. Walkable from the train station and all the sights. We spent so much time exploring the city we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities of the space but it was well laid out for short or long stays. Would recommend.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. Enrica, despite being a very busy teacher, was always immediately available and responsive to us. When the tea kettle sprung a leak a new one showed up a day or two later. When my husband fell seriously ill and was hospitalized she was there to support me. This airbnb host was more than just a host; she became a very special friend!

Amalia and her husband are two wonderful people. They welcomed us in a friendly and friendly way, making themselves available for every need. They are very attentive to details and have made the stay really comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, it is spacious, can be useful for long or short stays. Very well located to visit Firenze.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. Every morning, we woke up to this enchanting landscape, and every evening, we wound down with it, making our two-week stay feel truly magical. The apartment is compact but efficiently designed, providing a comfortable and well-planned space. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. The farm, with its blend of rustic charm and modern touches, added to the overall experience and made for a pleasant environment.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
