We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We had a lovely time in this fantastic place and would like to thank both Ornella and Matteo for their kind hospitality. The landscape view is beautiful as a painting and the house is perfect with interesting vintage interiour, and plenty of space for a family with two teenagers. We got great advice of excursions and near-by restaurants and would like to add to the list - La Rava e La Fava (12 min by car) for a nice local lunch menu and Solo pizze & company (9 min) for great pizzas, Napoletana style. We spent too few days here, could have stayed much longer, also considering the nice pool area, calm garden and breakfast and aperetivo in the pergola facing a garden of white roses and the magnificent view. For those who want to spend a peaceful time in the Tuscan countryside in a well-appointed and comfortable loft, lounging by a well-maintained pool, this is the perfect place! Easy access. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

Massimiliano has created a real gem with this lovingly renovated farm. The furnishings are well thought out and high quality, nothing is missing. The location in the small town offers a lot of peace, but at the same time is ideally connected – highway, supermarkets, gas station and McDonald's are minutes away. We particularly appreciated the included tennis and fishing offer. A real highlight was the warm hospitality, also towards our German shepherd Lego. The fact that large dogs are not only allowed here, but really welcome, is not a given. The fully fenced property was ideal for him – and the fact that Massimiliano watched Lego jump into the pool from time to time with a smile says everything about his relaxed nature as a host. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

We were in the apartment for three nights. We enjoyed Emilio and Anna's hospitality. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearest supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean and tidy. We highly recommend staying there.

We had a great stay! The host was very welcoming and attentive to details – communication was clear and quick and check in was done smoothly. The place is exactly like the pictures: clean, well organized and with a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet. We felt at home and we will definitely come back with love. I had a wonderful stay at Davide’s place. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. Davide was a fantastic host.The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful and quiet at night. This was mine and my family’s first time in Italy for my mother’s birthdays and it was truly an amazing experience and our accommodation was everything and more for what we could have asked for. Before booking valentina was answering all my questions and as you can imagine, coming to a new country and the unknown can be daunting but Valentina was so informative and punctual with her responses. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had pleasure to meet her father who was so lovely and would say hello to us and see how we was doing during passing. The location of the apartment was minuets from the train station, market close by to get shopping needed, Hope to come again and will be recommending Valentinas home to family and friends,

There were two of us with our dog for 10 nights at Cri's place. We felt right at home, as the house is very nicely decorated and very clean. The fenced garden makes the accommodation great for travelers with dogs and also offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun. From the documents, we could make many excursions.

This is definitely the place to stay in Italy! The house contains fun decor and is surrounded by the beauties of nature! The host was very kind and generous and provided a warm welcome for my family! We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again! If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars!

Amazing Location. When you parked your car, you already felt the peace. Also Milan was way nearer than expected, so amazing Place to stay! Best part was definitely the privacy / silence, so my dog had a lot of fun in the Garden and the other Dog‘s.

I stayed in this spacious and very cozy apartment, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The bright room, with a direct view of the garden, makes the environment even more pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven and microwave available. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking for a little peace. I was lucky to find parking on the same street. During my stay there was the cherry festival, and it was really nice to walk through the stalls and in the castle park nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy. Self check-in was easy, and Marcello was always available. I was able to take advantage of the beautiful day to have lunch in the garden, equipped with a table, chairs, a sunshade, and even a barbecue for those who want to use it. A really nice stay. I will definitely be back!

A real nest in the hills of Val Trebbia, a quarter of an hour by car from Bobbio. Immersed in the silence that only nature can give. Very clean and comfortable, the owner is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

The overall feel of the accommodation is good, but there is less public transportation, you need to have your own vehicle.The water flow is very small when bathing, there is no shampoo, and the Wi-Fi speed is not fast.

Elena and Massimiliano are very kind and nice. We organized a party with 30 people and they were really helpful and responsive. The space is very nice and bucolic, it lends itself well. We also took advantage of the food truck, really good and great service.

Nice quiet location, close to the city center. Includes parking in the local parking garage.
