Praia do Morro!! Excellent apartment, facing the Atlantic Ocean in one of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil, now available for short term rent. Just cross the street to enjoy the magnificent Brazilian coast. Luxurious and secure building, with 24 hour doorman. Apartment with one parking space, three bedrooms (Two suites with double beds and one bedroom with bunk bed), kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing/drying machine, living room, two balconies, completely furnished, rooms with LCD TVs, cable TV and air conditioning. There are bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. Guarapari is a city of vibrant nightlife, especially in the summer. The property has wireless internet conection. The apartment does not have linens and bath and beach materials. This is a residential building without maid service or supply breakfast.

A circular pool is situated on a terrace, offering views of the nearby beach and coastline. The surrounding area features palm trees and beachfront buildings. A clear sky is visible, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the outdoor space.

Apartamento localizado no 5º andar com elevador e vaga de garagem. Condominio Villa Bourguese, localizado na Rua Antonio Claudio Coutinho, 169, Centro- Guarapari-ES. Apartamento de dois quartos, 1 quarto com CAMA DE CASAL e 1 quarto com BICAMA. Cabem duas pessoas em cada quarto. Nao aceitamos criancas abaixo de 10 anos de idade.
