Monthly Rentals in Cassero

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. Upon our arrival, the very kind Mrs. Anna Maria welcomed us in advance. We found a very good pie she made and some cold drinks in the fridge. The apartment is in a good location and there is always free parking just below the house. Almost nothing is missing on site and you feel good. The gem is definitely the terrace overlooking Ancona, which has a very nice view especially in the evening. What can I say, if you're going to book, do it without hesitation. Thanks Anna Maria!

We booked this place at short notice because we were traveling in the area. We received a very quick response from Omero and we were able to get to the accommodation within half an hour. Very friendly and good recommendation for the restaurant Villa Nappi, food was excellent! We had a problem with our car (we were able to solve it in the meantime), but Omero still wanted to help us, even though he wasn't responsible for it. Location is very quiet, beautiful views, accommodation great and very good value for money!

Very nice apartment in the centre of Chiaravalle. The check-in was very easy. The instructions and communication was clear. Coffee cups and other things still have price stickers on, which either means they are brand new or have never been washed. There was a €40 cleaning fee, so I find it excessive to also put a €50 penalty if you don’t put the dishes back where you found them when you got there. It wasn’t a problem, as we put everything back in order. Other than the idea of this, everything was good. Towels on site, nice shower, and floor heating was a big plus. I recommend staying here for anyone needing to stay somewhere in Chiaravalle.

Sara is a lovely host who made us feel so welcomed and at home right away! Would definitely recommend! And would come stay again!
