This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

There is a condominium pool . Smart TV internet. There are beds for six people. It is possible to use couch as 7th sleeping place. A crib available too if needed. The pool is shared with other guests. It is not a private pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro’s home. We found that the location was very central in terms of getting to other villages /towns (pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino etc). The home itself is very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Having coffee on the back deck by the pool every morning was wonderful. The house has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. Pietro answered all of our questions before and during our stay, and was a wonderful host.

Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. I stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brothers-in-law with the intention of visiting the area. Perfect accommodation for 4, with two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the lake is very enjoyable and a real poem. It was a very pleasant stay in every respect!

This is one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Italy. The house is so beautiful and quiet, recently restored, fresh with an amazing garden with vegetables and a table under cherry trees in eh I’ve e would have breakfast or dinner. Heather was simply amazing, offering valuable information that helped us enojoy even more visiting Lubriano and surroundings. She even helped us get a reservation at Vecchio Mulino!! It was beautiful to experience Lazio and it’s quiet softness and ancient beauty. I would definitely come back!! The pictures don’t even start to show the beauty and the great energy of this house!

The stay at Federica's was wonderful. His house is in a charming location, a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and excellent company during our stay. Surely, as soon as possible, we will return to "Casa Perla" in the company of our little dog.

Beautiful bright villa with view - Casa Luca

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
