Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The view, the space and literally everything. Check in and out is perfectly easy and you have everything you need. I need to go back as soon as possible!

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Perfect location, right on the promenade, a few minutes walk to the “action”, bars and restaurants. Great beaches in the immediate vicinity (12-15 minutes by car to Zrce Beach and Jadra bay). Walking distance to the Babe Beach, with water jumping castle for Children or just the small narrow beach section right outside the front door. The beach in front of the house was relatively crowded, but we also liked to use it if we only wanted to stay in the apartment on the balcony due to the great view - a great cooling right outside the door. Quiet house as it was inhabited only by owners (not a noisy house with party neighbors). All in all, we liked to use the apartment so much because of the location and the beautiful view, so that we also spontaneously enjoyed the sunset from home in the evening instead of walking into town. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We will be happy to come back!

Fast answers and good apartment

Everything went well. Very nice and high quality accommodation. Novalia is basically a party city - accordingly, the clientele of the other holiday guests was. But the building management has a clear line and guarantees peace in the evening.

Our stay was seamless, communication was quick and straightforward. The apartment was perfect for 4 people and offers a very nice view as well as a good location. It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach. We were there in mid-September out of season, so there was less going on in Novalja than expected. Overall, everything necessary was available in the apartment and everything as described!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. The layout is open and airy, providing plenty of room to move around and make yourself at home. The apartment is also well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, from kitchen appliances to entertainment options. Ana is a great host with a friendly and helpful attitude!

I visited Danijela's place with two friends. We were very excited about the place itself and the location. We felt very comfortable. The apartment has a very nice terrace with a fantastic view, where we spent a few hours. Right next to the entrance is a small, very delicious bakery and a supermarket is also directly across the street. Danijela is a very nice hostess who was always easily accessible and helped with questions. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place!

Great apartment with beautiful block from the balcony. All locations of Novalja are in walking distance. Very clean and everything as advertised is available. Communication with Marica is very easy and flexible. All in all highly recommended!

Modern and clean apartment, close to the beach. Nice sea view from the balcony. Having a pool was an excellent opportunity to switch between beach and pool from time to time. The host was very kind and responsive.

Felt like home. Tastefully done interiors. Modern and clean rooms and bathrooms. The living area and kitchen were spacious and clean. The terrace outside was big plus and good place to chill. The host is extremely kind and friendly.

I was here on a short vacation and I was thrilled! The location is a full hit because it is close to the island of Pag and Zadar is very close. Monika and Jure were great hosts, they gave me recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby and welcomed me with gifts in a basket - just a wonderful gesture. The apartment is immaculately clean and I enjoyed their beautiful terrace. All recommendations!

Ivana is a great host and the place was spotlessly clean. Everything what you need is on hand, beach is a short minute walk away, it’s quiet and we sleept like babys. She was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, parking is for free and included right in front the house. Recommended!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.
