Just got back from a fantastic stay at Porto Potenza Picena, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a near beach small one bed apartment. The location is absolutely unbeatable - you can practically cross the road and you are on the beach which is perfect for morning strolls and enjoying sunset. The flat , which is on ground floor, is simple and well equipped. It has a small gate with parking space but you can use this place as your sitting out side and enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Worth mentioning that it has electric cooking range . The living area was cozy and relaxing in the evening and we appreciated the electric shutters outside windows. Our host, Elisa, incredibly welcoming and responsive. She provided clear instructions for check-in and was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall staying in this apartment is memorable experience and made it feel like home away from home. We’ll definitely book again.

Elisabetta and Riccardo are the loveliest people, they were really taking good care of us. The view from the pool is phenomenal and we enjoyed our time. With our bikes we took excursions to Sirolo and Ancona, must see places. Would love to come again.

Via app in advance well informed by Angela. Had an app contact a few times and she responded right away. Apartment was as described and sparkling clean. Great view from the bedroom. The kitchen was a little dark as there was blinded glass in the front door. Kitchen equipment fine. Charging station for our hybrid car available; we were allowed to use it for free. Had a very nice stay!

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.
