Villa vacation rentals in Caserta

This place is a hidden gem! As others have mentioned the 200 steps are a challenge(especially with a toddler) but the private balcony and little cove is just beautiful. The host was so responsive for our whole stay. We had an issue with the water tank making noise and when I communicated this, it was replaced the next day and adjustments made to make sure the water pressure and temperature were to our liking. Mario even brought us local cakes to try as a bonus.

Very much what we were looking for. Felt right at home. Pascal was informative and provided us with some local info that we used. He was great. Aside from parking being a challenge and connecting with host when we arrived due to poor cell service I would say this was a great choice.

It was a great time spending time at this place! The views and sunsets are just spectacular. The rooftop terasse is sublime and therés a great pool and patio area also! Paola is super nice and friendly! Great service from Don Giulio’s Luigi too! We asked them if we could have dinner there from their restaurant even though it was closed and they made it happened! Super service!! I recommand! Thank you Paola!!

I spent two nights with my family in Francesco's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, especially outside. The interior is spacious, clean and with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Francesco has always been available and it has always been easy to contact him. We'll definitely be back!

Good communication and directions upon arrival. Thoughtfully purchased some food for us. The balcony stretched the entire length of the house with wonderful sunrise views. There are shared stairs that lead down to the water. We were disappointed there was no hot tub as was listed, but we still enjoyed the apartment.

Amazing stay at The Lemon Grove! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful and comfortable, and the hospitality was top-notch. The host was super responsive and incredibly quick to assist with anything we needed. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming, offering great recommendations and going out of their way to help. We truly appreciated the warm, helpful atmosphere and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place on a dreamy island. Eleanora was very responsive and helpful, thank you for the heaters and extra room for my mum! The view is amazing, we loved the garden and the gardener was very nice. He picked us lemons and grapefruit. We had a wonderful few days in ischia.

This property was fantastic. Nice and spacious. The two balaconies were lovely. The kitchen was nicely kitted out with salt, herbs and spices. There were also lovely nibbles like tarts and toasted breads and jams. The coffee machine had coffee sachets to put in too and tasted good. The whole place was relaxing and the lemons on the tree in the garden was a lovely treat for the children to make lemonade. The downside of the property was that it was difficult to find eating spots near. Plenty of shops but I couldn’t find restaurants, though there were several pizza places. Overall, I would recommend staying here and I may even come back myself because it was so lovely!

the villa was as described. keep in mind this is a mountain side villa that involves a lot of inclined walking. Ride share apps work, but can get a little pricey. A rental car would be good but the roads are narrow. The view from the villa is incredible. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of Vico equence. there is also a beautiful hiking trail just up the road from the villa. The host was very helpful. Everything from ride share to restaurant reservations. Great response time. Overall the best rental experience.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Amazing place. Beautiful views, lots of outdoor space and seating. Indoors looks just like the pictures, clean and well-appointed. Alberto and Angelo (from Starhost) were very kind, gave us flexibility for a late check-in and a welcome package upon our arrival. The house is up on the hill above Vietri sul Mare, which is a lovely location. Not very walkable though. We rented a car and trips down into the town were pretty easy once we got the hang of it. One day, we took the ferry down the coast to Amalfi and Positano and after experiencing the crazy crowds there we were *so* happy to return to Vietri. It's a bit touristy with lots of ceramics shops, but not nearly like the others down the coast, and far fewer people. We shopped in a cute little grocery store, had many choices for delicious meals and pastries and gelatos, and a nice beach. If you are staying on the Amalfi Coast, I highly recommend this town and house.

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

We were 7 adults and 3 children spending a week at Claudio’s house. The house is very well suited for a group of this size and could even accommodate a few more persons. The house is in the mountains with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Mount Vesuvio on the other side. Driving there involves negotiating some narrow roads with steep climbs, but it is worth it. After coming down from the mountain, getting to the Amalfi coast is easy, as is getting to Pompei and Napoli. The house itself is amazing; built into the rocks and with a fabulous design. It is more beautiful than appears from the pictures on the web site. After touring the Amalfi coast during the day, we spent late afternoons enjoying the pool and we had all our meals at the terrace outside the dining room/kitchen. We had a great week, in no small part thanks to this amazing place. Claudio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, they responded quickly to all questions.

Simona is a most gracious host, as are each of her children that we had an opportunity to meet!! I use Airbnb for most travels and I am a host myself, and this is one of the most wonderful homes I have ever stayed in matched with one of the post pleasant and helpful hosts. They were fantastic communicators, so helpful and warm and friendly. The views from the villa are stunning - both of the landscape and of the home, porches, and rooms within the house. The house is well-stocked and comes equipped with snacks, drinks and coffee. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer, and very much appreciated the beach towels. The villa is also very tidy, well-decorated and every room was extremely clean. We loved all the beautiful, colorful tile, the natural light in the home, and the entire vibe of the villa. We also appreciated (and agreed!) on the local restaurant recommendations left for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I chose this location to complete our 2 week Italian vacation... and it did not disappoint. Absolute stunning view and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gelato, beach, etc. Do not skip driving to Revello, which is a gem. Take a day boat trip to Amalfi / Positano to get the full visual of the Amalfi Coast. But don't forget to just relax and enjoy this great vacation home away from home. No need to look for another location... this is what you want to have in your vacation forever memories! Ciao! (until our next Italian getaway)

This is an incredible property with stunning views of the town and coastline. The scenery is truly breathtaking from every angle. It offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and charm. The location is ideal for those who enjoy walking. You can easily reach the town center, beach, or bus stations on foot.

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

Antonio is a very good person and his son also, wonderful people, thanks for the gift! The apartment was very beautiful and there’s a pond where you can fish!!

Family of 10 (10-73 ages), we absolutely loved this Villa, the views are amazing. The Villa was clean, roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The Villa is not brand new if that’s what you’re looking for but instead has an old world charm that we enjoyed. One very important thing to know is that the Villa has to be accessed by many steps and if you are not mobile this is not for you. Also, unless you plan to stay and just enjoy the Villa you will need to either go up the steps 10-15 minutes towards town of Scala or go down the steps 10 minutes to Pontone to meet a taxi each day that you venture out. Pasquale and Marco the owners were amazing, if you need anything they will do their best. They offer a pizza and pasta night for a fee. We had both, the pizzas were the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten. The pasta dinner was fantastic, the variety of dishes and amount of food was awesome, you won’t come away hungry! Thank you Marco and Pasquale for everything ❤️

Donatella was a wonderful host. She made our large family group feel right at home. The property is beautiful, the grounds, the pool, the views of Mt. Vesuvius and Bay of Naples, the little village of Seiano/Vico Equense were all amazing. Short train ride to Sorrento with many options for dining, shopping and ferries to Amalfi coast and Capri. Memories for a lifetime.

Angela was very kind, she recommended restaurants to eat at and in the apartment there were restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area.

Our Stay in Alfonso's Villa in Moiano was absolutely fabulous. The Villa was fantastic with a great pool and stunning views. Moiano is a little village up in the mountains away from all the hustle...so peaceful and the people are very friendly. Alfonso was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond, he checked in with us everyday. I would highly recommend this Villa and Moiano and would love to come back...10 out of 10 for everything, we loved our stay ❤️

Beautiful peaceful environment. Beautiful well-maintained and well-equipped accommodation. You can wake up in the morning and jump into the pool. You have your peace, but Pasquale could answer any question in the messenger and was very helpful. The place is highly recommended. Our tip is to rent a scooter and explore the area. Driving is tedious and stressful.
