We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

The experience was really nice. The property is surrounded by nature, in a quiet but easily accessible area, ideal for those seeking relaxation and very central for those who want to explore this part of Umbria. The house is cozy, clean and tastefully furnished, with an eye for detail. Emanuela, Michele and his mom were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with directions on what to visit in the area and making us feel right at home. Highly recommend.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

Silvia was a kind host, very dedicated and always ready to help and advise. She was waiting for us when we arrived. So hospitable. It's a nice and very clean apartment and the view from the balcony on Assisi is really stunning, like living in a painting!! Imagine yourself having breakfast and dinner on a balcony looking at the beautiful Umbrian landscape and Assisi!!
