This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. As you can tell the photos speak for themselves in describing our property. Awesome views, amazing sunsets, great gas fireplace sitting area, large natural fire pit, and of course an amazing pool to sunbathe around and cool off!

Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Beautiful Casita

This is a guest house located on the northwest side of Tucson Arizona. The views of the mountains to the east and sunset to the west is wonderful. The home is cozy and private and wonderfully located in the middle of multiple stores, eating establishments, biking, hiking and golfing. We're just south of Oro Valley in a safe community with easy access to just about everything.

I traveled to Colleen and Bills place with my husband, seven year old, and one year old, while 8 month pregnant, in June. Colleen and Bill were extremely hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. They were always available when needed. They had everything I could possibly need for my kiddos (toys, highchair, pack and play, nightlights, outlet covers). My daughter LOVED the equine experience and our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool during our stay. The other guests that were on the property were friendly, quiet, and respectful.

Cute casita! So happy to have found this gem. A two bedroom with private access to a beautiful pool. The southwestern decor, the ample supply of linens, and the movie theatre style projection tv were just a few of the amenities we enjoyed on our stay. The hosts really prioritized a comfortable, private stay for their guests. It was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend of exploring Tucson from San Diego.

A covered entryway features an inviting rocking chair and two planters with succulents. Light filters through the open window spaces, while a textured wall adds visual interest. Surrounding vegetation includes palm trees, contributing to the warm and welcoming ambiance.

The Desperados' Little House

My husband and I had a great time at Daniel's casita. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the blankets we could use out by the fire pit and back patio - it was quite chilly several days while we were there but we still enjoyed being outside in the evening. We also enjoyed watching all the birds at the bird feeder in the morning. Even though the casita is in a neighborhood it is very quiet and peaceful there - even sitting on the back patio or at the fire pit it is very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and then some - loved the pantry with spices and some extras. The location was very good - not really very far from anything we wanted to do, and there is a lot of great hiking very close by. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend renting this casita!

Overall our stay was really great. We paid to have the pool heated and it was very warm; the kids loved it and swam every day. Lots of room for all of us (7) in the house. Location was easy to get to and backs onto a park where you can head out for a walk. There were lots of towels including pool towels. We had a bit of an issue when we first arrived but I phoned Shannon and she was able to change the door code remotely so we could get in. We would definitely stay at Shannon’s place again.
