Andrea was always available, understood our needs on the fly, was friendly with us and our dog, the garden is very well maintained, the house is comfortable, we were very comfortable

I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

Cristina was a great host! She picked us up 2 ggn. from the train station, because we had so much packing. The house was nicely located and was quiet. We enjoyed the nice surroundings. Had a lot of benefit from the bikes. Enjoyed the village of Levanto ♥️

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. We had a great time. Tim's house is in a great location for discovering this area. The house is spacious, very pleasant with its large very bright living room and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

Renovated and well-kept cottage with beautiful swimming pool right in front. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Possibility of having a good breakfast in the property.

We were really good at Alberto's house and it's rare to have such an experience at the end of 2024, despite it being winter the house is warm, very clean and nothing was missing, we were at home quietly, Alberto was kind and very helpful, everything was perfect and especially in the morning when you wake up and open the window you see the sun rising from the sea. If there's a next time, I'd go back to this wonderful place.

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. We will be happy to come back!

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Great stay at Veve's. We had made a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was the Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and enough for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared our arrival, and very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool the sublime little garden for a coffee and breakfast break. Veve is very responsive and exchanged a lot, I stole all these coffee she didn't hesitate to bring back. Really good stay, I'll be back.
