L’host Rosanna si è subito mostrata attenta e premurosa, l’alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione e siamo stati comodi. Non vicinissimo al mare ma l’area è tranquilla.

Siamo stati bene , l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, un balcone e una terrazza sopra l'appartamento la cui vista sul golfo ripaga della piccola fatica da fare nel percorrere la stradina in salita per raggiungere l'appartamento. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

A estadia foi ótima, e o Rolf é ótimo! Ele nos acompanha no check-in e no check-out, além de dar todas as informações necessárias. Foi excelente, e tem um estacionamento grande dentro da propriedade que é excelente para quem viaja de carro. O Local é perto do centro histórico e tem ótima localização, sendo que todo passeio pode ser feito à pé para quem gosta de caminhar. Adorei a estadia.

Très belle vue sur mer , Rapallo et les collines. Location conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Temps ensoleillé et agréable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal zu Gast in der kleinen schmucken Wohnung von Barbara. Sie liegt zentral (nur wenige Meter zum Zentrum von Finale) und bietet dank der Lage im 5. Stock einen umwerfenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet - ideal für 2 Personen.

Piacevole e grazioso appartamento con piccolo giardino recintato che crea uno spazio ulteriore esterno che dà respiro e mostra verde dalla finestra. super pulito e confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Riscaldamento ben funzionante, meravigliosa passeggiata Varazze -Cogoleto vicinissima, edicola davanti, laboratorio di panetteria, focacceria a pasticceria a pochi metri, accanto un buon ristorante di pesce. Host gentile e rapida nei feedback. Consigliato

Wirklich das schönste Air bnb in dem ich bis jetzt war! Küche mehr als zufriedenstellend ausgestattet und die restliche Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich wirklich sehr zuhause gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder!

Ilaria è un'ospite impeccabile! Nel suo alloggio ci siamo sentiti come a casa: ambiente accogliente, pulitissimo e silenzioso. Al nostro arrivo Ilaria era già sul posto, ci ha mostrato la casa, dandoci anche tante informazioni utili su ristoranti e attività nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo!

Le logement est parfait, il n' y a absolument rien à améliorer pour nous👍 Tout est extrêmement propre, une belle déco et les équipements de qualité ne manquent pas ! Une vue époustouflante sur la mer🤩 Encore un immense merci pour toutes les attentions que vous nous avez portez, le chianti de bienvenue, les dosettes de café 🙏nous avons apprécié😁 Merci également pour votre réactivité à chacune de nos demandes (restaurants, visites, achats...). I had an amazing stay at Eirik and Margaret’s place. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay (even a brush to wash out water bottles and Tupperware). It is located in a very convenient location - close proximity to the market and grocery stores, the sea and shops. Getting to the apartment was a breeze with their carefully detailed instructions. There are a lot of stairs but I knew this going in and it was no issue for me. The internet was great and the apartment itself very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the terrace. Eirik and Margareth were gracious hosts to share their home and helped me greatly when I did have questions. When I return to Sanremo, I won’t think twice about staying here again! Thank you Eirik & Margareth!

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die stark befahrene Strasse, welche man im grossen Zimmer gut gehört hat.

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. The gardens around are beautiful. Michele is a wonderful host. The contact was always very fast and very friendly. We are very happy to come back one day!

Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

El departamento estaba impecable , limpio y muy lindo decorado, todo funcionaba a la perfección. Camas cómodas , cocina equipada y un hermoso living para descansar al regresar. Cerca de todo , buena ubicación Solo para destacar que la zona quizás de noche resulta un poco insegura. Por lo demás , es muy recomendable .

We stayed 4 weeks at Mauro's place with 2 year old child. We must say that the place looks even better than in photos. Our kid loved the garden with whirpool. The equipment is basic but we had everything we needed. The area is maybe little bit far from the beaches or center of Loano but the area is very quiet and everything is still very walkable. Great stay overall!

Das Appartement war super sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Meerblick von der Terrasse hat uns immer wieder begeistert. Die Verkehr auf der Straße hat da gar nicht gestört. Das gesamte Resort ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. Es waren nur 5 Minuten an den schönen Sandstrand und in das Zentrum (Restaurants und Bäcker). Meriam und Massimo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Super fanden wir, dass auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet wurde. Wertvolle Tipps (Essen, Umgebung), die wir immer wieder regelmäßig bekommen haben, haben uns schöne Eindrücke vermittelt.

Appartamento splendido e tenuto con estrema cura dai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e cordiali nei nostri confronti. Vista mozzafiato, cucina fornitissima e idromassaggio stupendo.
