Vacation rentals with a patio in Casamicciola Terme

Maurizio is the most generous and caring host we have ever met. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has beautiful views over the sea and to the mountain. The location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach and thermal gardens and the bus stop is right outside the apartment with very easy to use buses that run around the Island until late at night. There is so much to see and do on Ischia, we had nearly one week and could have stayed much longer if we had the time, Ischia was our favourite part of our trip and made even more wonderful thanks to Maurizio's wonderful hospitality.

We had a great experience! The host was super helpful and friendly, always promptly responsive and proactive in providing recommendations on the local attractions. The apartment was nice and welcoming, very clean, comfy mattress, air conditioning and lovely shower. The position is central, just a few steps from the shopping streets, the port, a beach and major bus lines at the doorstep. I'd definitely come back if I'll visit Ischia again!

Este hospedaje es mucho más lindo que las fotos, todos los detalles son hermosos, el espacio es perfecto, muy bonito decorado, todo es cómodo y no falta nada. El patio y jardín son un oasis, el barrio es de lo más pintoresco y muy bien ubicado a unos metros de la estación de tren. Tiene restaurantes cerca y una avenida con negocios. Alessia y su familia fueron de lo más amables, atentos a todo y muy amables. Quiero volver !!

Esperienza meravigliosa. Appartamento incantevole, munito di ogni comfort con una splendida vista. La posizione è ottima in quanto centrale ma non caotica. Luigi è stato un host fantastico, oltre ad essere disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza ci ha anche suggerito diverse attività e location da non perdere a Capri. Consiglierei vivamente a tutti di scegliere Capri Joy.

Check in couldn’t have been any easier. We arrived in Naples around 11:30 so I asked if there were any luggage storage companies near by or if we could just drop our bags there and go explore. They said we could just leave them in the apartment while it was being cleaned and that it might be ready a couple of hours early. 20 minutes later they messaged saying it was ready and we could just check in. They arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport too. Our flight was severely delayed so they rearranged the transportation for us too. We didn’t have any issues while we were there but if we did they would have had an immediate solution for us. This was a wonderful place to stay plenty to see and do near by. I highly recommend their home!

Dario was the most helpful and kindest host so far during our time throughout Italy. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond. He gave us so many recommendations and the recommended restaurants and caffe’s were great! We did have a slight hiccup when arriving as the cleaning lady had locked the Airbnb keys in the room. Thankfully Dario got back to us and gave us the code for the backup key. He was even so kind and provided us breakfast the next day to make up for this hiccup. The Airbnb itself is stunning, clean, and the most gorgeous view especially at sunrise. Please keep in mind there are several flights of stairs and no elevator, but I promise you it is worth it for the balcony view and to build your cardio lol over all I would stay with Dario again if I’m ever in Napoli!

Great place to stay! This was the textbook good AirBnB experience, as AirBnB should be. Location: Easy walk from the port (though expect some uneven pavement). Very close to the beach. Full of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a supermarket. Apartment: Bigger than I expected from the photos. The balcony is amazing. High ceilings. Fairly well equipped. And (which is not always my AirBnB experience) things worked! No broken stuff, no need to figure things out, plug things in, etc. Communication, check in, check out, etc.: couldn't have been better. By the way the island has a surprisingly good public transport system. Very frequent buses, for about €2. Bus station is not too far either. I recommend looking into it.

My family and I travelled across Italy north to south and Nerano was our last destination to enjoy the Amalfi coast and Sorrentine peninsula. This was an amazing home base that allowed us to go via boat to Positano, Amalfi or wherever you wanted to go. Many private boat rentals available as well for a day to Capri or take a ferry. Salvatore was an amazing host who knew everyone, had many connections, and was always available for us. He checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and through his knowledge of everything he assisted in providing us the best time ever in his home town. Rest and relaxation was in order and this magical little town was the place. I would go back in a heartbeat anytime and will certainly do so. The best part of this location is it is a short walk to the beach, and is a small secluded bay away from all the crowds. It is authentic Italy and the few restaurants that were around were all amazing. Bravo Salvatore and Valentina!

It was so lovely staying here! I spent a lot of my time at the home because the views were so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Teresa was so helpful and accommodating!!

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.

Our stay in Massa Lubrense at Irinia's was superb. We stayed for 8 nights having driven down from the UK over a number of days. Specific requirements included, secure parking, a second was ability to do some washing (tiny boot in an MX5). Those two boxes were easily ticked off and many more. The home was absolutely spotlessly clean with many small touches making it very homely. Every item you could need was provided. A sea view and the quiet position added that extra element of perfection. After a days sight seeing returning to a quiet haven each day, listening to the local church bells was magical. A great base for exploring, basically slap bang between Naples and Amalfi. A day trip to Capri was also easy, arranged by Irinia from the local harbour. The icing on the cake was Irinia's constant concern that our stay was perfect. Several great local restaurants, Da Michelle was our favourite, 10 minute walk, a bit longer back up! Wow. Simply wow. The view of this place is fantastic. Very quiet, well located, clean and very comfortable. Luigi was a super host with recommendations and overall help. Having a car there is a life saver and gave us freedom. Therefore, the included parking spot was a big deal for us. The entire village area with the flowers, garden, and rustic architecture was a nice touch. Beds were excellent and the AC worked well for this time of the year. Extremely recommended.

Mirna is a true gem. Saying that she is the perfect host doesn’t do it justice - in the weeks leading up to my stay, she checked in regularly to make sure that I was able to book activities (as things get booked up in the Sorrento Coast). She arranged for me to have groceries delivered since I wasn’t renting a car nor scooter. She provided so much information that guided all of my activities, and even when I needed to make additional plans, she placed those calls for me to ensure that I could get reservations. Her kindness was so appreciated. Her home is very clean and her housekeeper was so helpful, even helping me to carry my luggage up the small hill to the main road. Mirna provided coffee, the kitchen utensils that I needed to make my own meals, and I didn’t need anything more. The VIEW is as spectacular as Mirna is…rent her home, you will regret not doing so…in addition to renting a car or scooter (otherwise, she has the name of a fantastic driver)!

Super gemütlich, tolle Terrassen, Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger negativer Punkt : unter/neben dem Haus ( im Berg) ist ein Bahntunnel der manchmal ziemlich laut ist. Ebenfalls ist die Einflugschneise nach Neapel direkt über dem Haus. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

Giovanni’s place was exactly as described. Clean, safe, and within walking distance to mostly everything you need. He was a fantastic host and remained in great communication throughout our stay for everything we needed. Dino the security guard was also very pleasant and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!
