Beautiful vibrant spacious property with stunning views !!

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

The views of the ocean & Mt Vesuvius were breathtaking. The balcony is truly special. Property had an elevator & spreads stairs, which was very convenient for us. Nice rooms & bathrooms. Location was fantastic as well. Near the port for water activities or transfers. Also very close to all the bars, restaurants, & shopping. The host was very communicative & offers great recommendations for activists. The house was very clean had everything we needed. There’s a bedroom on the first floor, convenient for those who don’t want to use the stairs for the upstairs bedrooms. Outdoor patio had 2 large umbrellas, so you enjoy that stunning view no matter what the weather is like. Would absolutely stay there again.

The two brothers Massimiliano and Marino are very good hosts. Communicating with them was easy before and during our stay. They rent two apartments on Airbnb and we stayed in both, in total just over a week. Both apartments are of a good size, with the bedroom of this apartment larger than the other. The view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius in the distance, which can be admired from the terrace, is absolutely remarkable. During our stay, we met Marino who was very kind and effective throughout (we had a hot water problem; as soon as we told him about the situation, he brought a plumber who settled it quickly - it was much appreciated). We who are in their early 60s can also confirm that the ascent to the apartment is a good exercise for the heart and legs! That said, what a view when we arrive!

The outdoor space and the view over the bay are really fantastic and worth a booking. The location is easy to find, but difficult to drive by steep entrance right next to the bend at busy road. No place to frequently drive in and out during your stay. So do your shopping in advance. Furthermore, excellent public transport is within walking distance. Within sufficient facilities but a bit dated. Lovely king size bed. Marco is very accommodating and friendly.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

Luigi's apartment has a view that would be enough on its own to make your stay unforgettable The taste in the furniture and the availability made everything particularly pleasant Gino, Luigi's collaborator, was a plus

There have to be 2 parts to this review The place It was better than described. Very comfortable and very private. It has a lovely large balcony overlooking the bay of Naples and an interesting hillside. The shower room is very clean and has a powerful shower in a large cubicle. The castle grounds are fully available for guests and this includes the large pool. We were there too early in the season. But we may well return later in order to take advantage of all the beautiful and quiet outside space on offer. What we most enjoyed was the combination of being within minutes walk of excellent restaurants and coffee shops while the apartment was totally peaceful and in a tranquil setting. The host Maria is a lovely, engaged and attentive host. She sent us menus daily showing what the freshly prepared meals of the day were at the takeaway and her restaurant recommendations were perfect. Thank you so much for making our holiday special.

The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and very close to the pier. The only downside but of size, the large ferries seem to have changed points of ammarage, just under the windows of the apartment, and remained engines rotating from 10PM to 8am, the two nights where we stayed, no luck. It was in fact, very noisy at night. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect.

Nerano is a great little village, and the house provides great views of the bay and mountain. Special thanks to Luciano who met us to handover the keys and provide a tour of the house. My daughters and I had the most wonderful stay at Chiara's villa! The level of luxury was perfect! The garden, patio and pool were just fabulous, and the view was spectacular! The bedrooms were like a 5 star hotel! Chiara and Alessandro were so quick to answer messages, and provided us with very useful information! Everything about our stay was just fantastic and we will definitely be going back again!

This was one of our favorite stays in all of Italy. The place is nestled into a quiet hillside with an amazing view overlooking neighborhood groves, the port below, the water, and Mt Vesuvius in the distance. It is beautifully decorated by the owners whom are artisans. We really enjoyed their hand-crafted ceramic pieces and the love you could feel through them. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the port-side bedroom was amazing. The patio was well furnished and very enjoyable in the velvet evening air, or for sunning during the day. The hot-tub is well cared for. The hosts are very responsive and gracious to our questions and needs. It was an absolutely delightful stay that we would highly recommend. (Small side note.. you do need to park above the unit and walk some stairs down to it, but this is to be expected when you are staying on a hillside. Host happily helped us with our luggage when we arrived in the dark!) It is a truly lovely place to stay! Enjoy!

Strongly recommend staying here. Private terrace with incredible views of Naples and Vesuvius. Host is extremely accommodating with many spot on suggestions for local places to go. We wish we stayed longer and would return. The apartment is inside an old castle with every amenity you could desire. We didn’t cook but it had everything needed to do so (but there’s so many great places to try in walking distance why would you cook?). Parking was very easy. Secure location with security.

This was a fantastic find! A beautiful penthouse, spacious apartment right outside the ancient wall. it was a 5-10 minute walk to "old town" with all the shopping and food and a similar easy walk to the bus/train station. Maria and Earnesto did everything to help us get in, get situated and make us feel welcome! The patios are amazing as well, getting sun most of the day. The air conditioner is powerful and efficient. Hot water is almost instant and plentiful. There is a tap for purified water. The hosts left us a lot of nice goodies to consume at no charge, such as beer and snacks.

Valentina's beautiful Marina Grande apartment accommodated our family of 3 with ease, comfort and a feeling of being at home. This location is very walkable to Sorrento center, the marina for ferry transport, historic restaurants and connected us with residents that were so gracious. Valentina made sure that our booking process, arrival, week-long stay and departure was seemless. We cant wait to visit her again and stay in this wonderful seaside apartment 💕 !!

This was a dream vacation! We stayed 7 nights and wished we stayed longer. The grounds are a beautiful garden and meticulously maintained. Sad to leave. Genny was so accommodating and a wonderful man. The view from our whirlpool watching the sunset was spectacular! Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. It is a 15 minute walk down the hill to Blue Groto, Il Riccio and our favorite, the reasonably priced Gradola with cliffside views. A short walk to the bus stop which takes you to Anacapri or on to Capri. We felt vey safe here and often walked back to the villa from Anacapri at night on walkways that are all lighted. Yes, there is some walking involved, but so worth it! Don’t listen to any negative reviews!

Quite literally on the water of marina del Cantone, you can open the window and look at the sea. Great restaurants in walking distance. The place itself is very cute, great for a couple or single. Also Raffaele was great in meeting me and showing me the place. Highly recommend.

An excellent choice for exploring Ischia without a car. Centrally located, well-equipped, and expertly hosted. The apartment is spacious, luminous and lovely and the hosts welcoming and thoughtful.

Umberto’s place was absolutely fantastic. The westerly beachfront aspect resulted in incredible sunsets, 100000% worth the money.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Suite Annaré was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. It was clear that a lot of care was put into making our stay enjoyable. The views from the balcony were stunning. The appartment was in a wonderful location, just above the beach, in the delightful village of Marina Grande, with lots of restaurants, and within walking distance or a short bus ride from Sorrento town centre. Annaré and Elisa were very welcoming, helpful and generous, leaving us food and drink to enjoy, including homemade cakes and limoncello. We enjoyed swimming in the sea, exploring Sorrento’s cobbled lanes, and day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Positano. We highly recommend Suite Annaré!

Alessandra’s place was amazing. Her father Nello checked us in and it felt like we were staying with local family friends, not a stranger’s place. Alessandra was accommodating to our timeline and ferry schedules, while being proactive when anything was needed from us. The view was stunning and the town and castle are both a short walk away.
