As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

Rooftop Nerano 5 well-deserved stars for Andrea. We booked 8 months ahead of our trip and he was available for every question along the way. No matter what we asked, his response was quick and helpful. This 3 bed/4 bath was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and 2 of the 3 suites opened to the lower balcony overlooking the sea. It had everything we needed including a washing machine (and clothesline for drying) which came in handy for all of us. But the standout is the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the water. The location in Nerano was a perfect choice to stay. It’s a charming, fishing town with great restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is also a great store with everything you need just down the road. We liked the less crowded Nerano, but it did mean we were quite a distance from Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. (Don’t worry, Andrea can suggest drivers to help get you around.) All in all, I can’t say enough about Rooftop Nerano! Book it!!!!

An unforgettable stay at Massimiliano's in Sorrento! Everything was just impeccable. The apartment was charming, impeccably clean, with a perfect bathroom and enchanting decor, surrounded by lemon trees on the farm. The view from the balcony was breathtaking over Sorrento and the sea – we had unforgettable romantic dinners there. The place was intimate, peaceful and ideal for unwinding. We also had the chance to make friends with Ary, an exceptional person, as well as with our neighbors. Pure happiness from start to finish. We will definitely go back! The passion and kindness of these people can only permeate you❤️. Thank you!!!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Pacos place was wonderful. the pools and sauna were a nice way to relax at the end of the day. the view was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing!

The photos don’t give the view enough credit! This was a beautiful spot. We were looking for a quiet break to recharge and it’s exactly what we needed. At first we were slightly concerned that we had t hired a car as the hike out of the property is steep! However it quickly became apparent that we could get the majority of what we needed at the harbour and one stop at the supermarket in town was enough. If you’re looking to get into Sorrento then it’s a drive, scooter or taxi (€85 return approx) Capri is also available for a boat trip (€65 return) The pool provides excellent refreshment from the heat and the sea/ small bay gives you the space to swim snorkel or paddle (although it’s a Stoney beach so footwear is recommended ) Our host gave plenty of recommendations about the local area so the options for more are plenty. Lastly the sunsets.. wow! We would absolutely return!

The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and very close to the pier. The only downside but of size, the large ferries seem to have changed points of ammarage, just under the windows of the apartment, and remained engines rotating from 10PM to 8am, the two nights where we stayed, no luck. It was in fact, very noisy at night. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect.

Nerano is a great little village, and the house provides great views of the bay and mountain. Special thanks to Luciano who met us to handover the keys and provide a tour of the house. He was also very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Would highly recommend this property and these hosts if you're looking for a peaceful break in a beautiful area. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

If your looking for a less touristy place not too far from everything this is your place. Pictures are exactly what you will see. The hot tub and views were wonderful after a long day. The most amazing thing though was the host Sonia and her brother Ivan. They went out of their way to help with car service and reservations. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Quite possibly the best view in Sorrento. Located in a quiet area. We felt right at home straight away. Sergio was a gracious host, very responsive with so many fantastic suggestions of places to eat and drink. We spent every night sitting on our terrace with a bottle of wine watching the sunset. just beautiful..

We couldn’t have imagined a better stay with Maria Pia. Not only was the space perfect for us, Maria Pia provided us with so many local recommendations from things to see and where to eat & drink. She communicated with us throughout the trip and even picked us up from the ferry and drove us to the apartment for check in! Maria Pia’s apartment was a beautiful place to end our trip. The apartment was very big, with all the amenities we needed for a week stay in Sorrento. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the market, bars/restaurants and down to the marina! This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience and it was perfect. If you’re reading this and Maria Pia’s spot is available, book it NOW!!!

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

My stay in Lucia and Francesco's small house was superb, the hosts are very attentive and available, the village of Sant'Angelo is sublime My only regret is not planning a longer stay... I'll be happy to go back!

Susanna’s place is in the best location, near good restaurants and shops but it is quiet and has a private sitting area oasis in the back. The place is decorated with care and great attention to details. Everything matches and is aesthetically pleasing but also is very functional. Example, we had four bed pillows, two soft and two firm to choose from. The coffee machine is a nice one and the coffee was great. Even the little espresso cups were hand painted of the local castle. The shower is big with lots of hot water. I can’t think of one improvement that needs to be made. This place is perfect, stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay, Susanna ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

We loved our stay in Forio at Daniele’s beautiful apartment! Apart form the great location, the place is much bigger than we thought, including a super big terrace! The apartment was spotless and super clean! Daniele was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had- from picking us from the port, to always sharing very useful recommendations! We hope to come back soon!

This was a top location at a 5-minute walk (although uphil) from the harbour where you find a great variety of terrfic restaurants. Ithe apartment is spacious and great outside sitting.

We stayed in Alessandro's house for only a few days but we had a great time! The hosts were kind and helpful, gave us a lot of advice and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well cared for in detail, clean and nothing was really missing. In addition, the area is very quiet, there are a few shops, several restaurants and a few beaches. We loved it. If we return to Ischia, we will definitely stay here again. ☺️💗
