Vacation rentals with a patio in Casamicciola Terme

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

Tidy and clean room, perfect location to visit Sant' Angelo, we spent unforgettable days and we were in absolute tranquility, responsive and flexible host on check-in, an experience to do again.

Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent hosts and great apartment. We loved it!

Excellent stay!! The apartment's location is unbeatable: very close to the train station (ideal to get there from Rome or visit Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, etc.) and a few steps from the pedestrian streets of the center, very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and everything was impeccable. Italo was an excellent host, always attentive to our questions and very easy to coordinate with him. Without a doubt, I recommend it!

Luigi & Elena’s place exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very flexible due to flight issues but Luigi was very easy to communicate with. Once we got there, Luigi hand delivered our keys and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the apartment, super helpful. The apartment itself was very clean, well stocked, and well decorated. They even had a bottle of wine and some treats waiting for us! Can’t forget the unbelievable view from the penthouse. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Real procidian house whose restructuring for rent does not affect its character. Collective and generous family welcome.

We stayed at the home for a month and absolutely loved it! Sorrento was very close by and other areas. The town itself was perfect for us and the kids. Walking distance to nice restaurants and also shops for anything you needed very close by. Also. It many hills which was a plus. We will be back and definitely recommend staying here. Edoardo was a great host and very quick to respond and also gave recommendations on things around town and the area.

A fantastic location - with incredible views. It was also so peaceful in the evening. You can walk up to Capri town and even walk to Ana Capri if you fancy a bit of a hike. Great island to explore and this makes a great base to do it from. Roberto and Vittoria were very friendly and helpful.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

I couldn't choose a better place to stay, spotless space, very nice and tasteful! The view is fantastic, we were staying 6 people comfortably in our stay, if you arrive by Sorrento consider the transport to reach the accommodation since it is about 15 min from the bus station and cannot be reached walking, recommended 100%. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks in the refrigerator and sandwiches, bonito gesto! Very clean and clean!

Antonio was an incredible host. The morning we were leaving a storm came in and he even walked us to the buss stop with umbrellas. The stay is about a 20 minute buss ride up the hill from sorrento, so if you don’t mind that then this place is perfect. Beautiful view from the place with some lovely restaurants nearby.

House so nice, clean, modern, luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just in front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. Right in front of the subway station, in front of the supermarket, close to restaurants, and a little outside of Naples, it looks like a dick neighborhood, but it's just an old neighborhood with general residents, so everyone knows each other. Unlike the impression of the uncle's landlord, it was very kind. If you take the subway (looks like a train station), the ticket staff will come and give you a ticket. It's a station without a ticketing machine, so you can just get a base fare card or cash without penalties.

The building is in a central location, close to the city center, but the apartment is very quiet and sunny. We had a very good stay

This is a fantastic place to stay in Sorrento and your home base for the Amalfi coast. My adult family spent a week here and it was a great location to get to everything. So easy to walk to the city center. Many tours picked us up just down the corner from us which was great after a long day. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need and so much room. The views from the terrace were great and made for a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Host was so friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again for sure!

Perfect place to stay in Napoli. Apartment located right in the busy historic center. Corrado was a great host. He welcomed us personally with a local coffee and sfogliatelle and helped us with our luggage. He also gave us some helpful recommendations and booked us a taxi to the airport upon checkout. The apartment had every we and our baby needed. Would highly recommend.😊

We really felt at home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he advised us on the best way to reach the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to make it sound like an included service but he picked us up at the station and accompanied us on the day of departure). Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Had a nice time in the citrus garden and enjoyed the beach near by if you're not afraid walking some stairs. Bit oldschool interior, but cozy. Giuseppina is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
