Vacation rentals with a patio in Casamicciola Terme

Maurizio is the most generous and caring host we have ever met. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has beautiful views over the sea and to the mountain. The location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach and thermal gardens and the bus stop is right outside the apartment with very easy to use buses that run around the Island until late at night. There is so much to see and do on Ischia, we had nearly one week and could have stayed much longer if we had the time, Ischia was our favourite part of our trip and made even more wonderful thanks to Maurizio's wonderful hospitality.

We spent 3 nights at this apartment. Enrico was a superb host. When we met, he immediately gave us so many tips about what to do and where, and told everything we needed for the city, and for the apartment too. Throughout our stay he sent us some more info on whats app, suggested some restaurants and bars. I wish every host was as professional and communicative, as him. The apartment was as described. It was so clean. The bed is comfortable. The building is located next to the main road, but the room's view is to the patio, so it is not noisy. There is a bus stop ~25 meters from the apartment. The bus station is an 8 minute walk, the Port is a comfotable 15 mins. We had a great time in this apt, we are happy to found it. Thank You

We stayed here for 9 nights as our base for exploring the Amalfi coast. Arianna and Antonio were wonderful hosts. They greeted us from our taxi upon arrival and welcomed us to the accommodation, which was spotless! The location was fantastic- only a short walk to a great supermarket and some good restaurants in the local square. It also could not be closer to the local train station which is only a couple of minutes walk- you can hear trains due to the close proximity to the station but quickly get used to it and it is worth it for the convenience! The views are lovely and the location feels very safe. The accommodation is spacious with two bathrooms and great air con, the sofa in the kitchen/lounge converts to the second bed. Antonio was very kind in making recommendations and even picked us up from the local marina after dinner. The hosts went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this air bnb!

Wonderful experience. Lovely apartment, equipped with every comfort with a beautiful view. The location is great as it is central but not chaotic. Luigi was a fantastic host, in addition to being available for any need, he also suggested several activities and locations not to be missed in Capri. I would highly recommend everyone to choose Capri Joy.

Such an incredible stay. If you’re coming to Capri, you have to stay at this Airbnb! So modern, spacious, with the best infinite views of Capri Island. Truly phenomenal, highly recommend with the best hosts!

Check in couldn’t have been any easier. We arrived in Naples around 11:30 so I asked if there were any luggage storage companies near by or if we could just drop our bags there and go explore. They said we could just leave them in the apartment while it was being cleaned and that it might be ready a couple of hours early. 20 minutes later they messaged saying it was ready and we could just check in. They arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport too. Our flight was severely delayed so they rearranged the transportation for us too. We didn’t have any issues while we were there but if we did they would have had an immediate solution for us. This was a wonderful place to stay plenty to see and do near by. I highly recommend their home!

Incredible stay at Vittoria's. Quality and very friendly welcome with everything you need to know about Capri. The accommodation is 100% as described, so not much to add except this point (very important): The accommodation gives access to a passage allowing you to be at the port of Marina Grande in less than 3 min, without going through the street, super useful!! The accommodation is beautiful, very quiet and the view is exceptional. Ideal for a couple or family of 4. The kitchen is also very convenient. Recommended

Perfect peaceful spot by the beach — a hidden gem! Our family absolutely loved staying here. The location is unbeatable right by the beach, with a peaceful, serene atmosphere that felt like a true escape from the crowds of Amalfi and Positano. We were so glad we chose not to stay in the busier towns! The boat to Amalfi and Positano is literally right outside the apartment, making day trips so easy. There are beautiful restaurants nearby, and the fairy lights at night create such a magical ambience. The apartment itself is charming and a bit rustic, with just one bathroom, but the stunning location and experience more than make up for it. We felt very safe and well looked after, Salvatore is an excellent host who helped us with our big bags and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a truly relaxing coastal experience away from the crowds.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house itself was charming, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the location, so peaceful, scenic, and with stunning views that we could enjoy every single day. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. A special thank you to the amazing owner for the thoughtful touch of fresh croissants each morning, such a sweet and generous gesture that made our mornings even more special. Our stay in Massa Lubrense at Irinia's was superb. We stayed for 8 nights having driven down from the UK over a number of days. Specific requirements included, secure parking, a second was ability to do some washing (tiny boot in an MX5). Those two boxes were easily ticked off and many more. The home was absolutely spotlessly clean with many small touches making it very homely. Every item you could need was provided. A sea view and the quiet position added that extra element of perfection. After a days sight seeing returning to a quiet haven each day, listening to the local church bells was magical. A great base for exploring, basically slap bang between Naples and Amalfi. A day trip to Capri was also easy, arranged by Irinia from the local harbour. The icing on the cake was Irinia's constant concern that our stay was perfect. Several great local restaurants, Da Michelle was our favourite, 10 minute walk, a bit longer back up! Wow. Simply wow. The view of this place is fantastic. Very quiet, well located, clean and very comfortable. Luigi was a super host with recommendations and overall help. Having a car there is a life saver and gave us freedom. Therefore, the included parking spot was a big deal for us. The entire village area with the flowers, garden, and rustic architecture was a nice touch. Beds were excellent and the AC worked well for this time of the year. Extremely recommended.

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Giovanni’s place was exactly as described. Clean, safe, and within walking distance to mostly everything you need. He was a fantastic host and remained in great communication throughout our stay for everything we needed. Dino the security guard was also very pleasant and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!
