Monthly Rentals in Casaltondo

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

Il Fornello is a beautiful place. The owners, Stina and Magnus, were there for most of my stay. They couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. It was a real joy to get to know them a little. They planned a number of inclusive events which were such fun. The place itself is old Italy and is charming from the stone and brick walls to the shuttered windows. I also really enjoyed the pool. It was a great retreat spot and set in the very beautiful Umbrian countryside with many classic hill towns to explore. Loved it!
