We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we very much enjoyed. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Two really special nights in a unique house! We stayed with a group of friends in this beautiful property and immediately felt at home. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is perfect for sharing moments with friends or as a couple, with spaces designed to feel good together. A highlight? The indoor jacuzzi-style pool in the bathroom: a real private, comfortable, and reserved relaxation corner, perfect after a day with friends. A special thanks goes to Tony, the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was also my birthday, and with great care, he recommended a fantastic pastry shop. A gesture that I really appreciated and that made everything even more special. I highly recommend this house to those looking for an authentic, relaxing experience full of small gestures that make a difference. Thank you very much Tony, we will be back soon!

Great apartment in a convenient location near metro, buses and some great restaurants. Apartment is modern and of a high specification. It also has a great balcony and sweeping views over the city. Strong air conditioning, which is a must in Rome in the summer. Quick and clear communication ahead of and during the visit.

Emanuela and Roberto are great hosts with a great apartment. They were very helpful and welcoming at check-in making us feel right at home, The apartment is centrally located and secure with great views over the city. CasaZeta is perfect, well organized and clean, it is equipped with every comfort imaginable making our 9 night stay very enjoyable. Happy to stay here again if we are ever in Latina. One of the best properties we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

A great, impeccable place! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned.... I recommend this place that will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometers from Rome. Thanks to Patrizia for her kindness and support.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend!
