The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the amenities you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wi-Fi, terrace, and outdoor area with barbecue, palm trees, and fruit trees. Easy access for parking. A 20-minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern part of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
