Beach house vacation rentals in Casa d'Agosto

Mi pareja y yo nos quedamos en el apartamento de Monika y su marido. Nos encantó la distribución del apartamento, la cocina y el baño estaban abajo y el salón y la habitación arriba, la entrada era independiente por lo que la puerta principal ya daba al duplex. Todo estaba ordenado y limpio, mi pareja y yo cocinamos paar de veces en el apartamento, tenía todo lo necesario. La cama era cómoda y grande. A cualquier pregunta que teníamos Monika contestaba en cuestión de minutos, cosa que apreciamos bastante. Aparcar no fue problema ya que hay bastante lugar para aparcar por la zona. A 5 minutos estábamos de la playa y a 10 minutos de una cala hermosa que descubrimos el último día. A 7 minutos está de un supermercado y a 4 minutos de un hermoso restaurante que tiene una terraza con vistas al mar, ideal para ver el atardecer :). Nuestra estancia nos encantó y volveríamos sin pensarlo a quedarnos en este apartamento :). Muchas gracias Monika!

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

What a view! We absolutely loved the flat. With the beautiful private terrace overlooking the deep blue ocean you hardly ever want to leave. But the beautiful village of Bogliasco is worth it. Right outside the door is Peruzzi, perfect for local food, coffee or a drink at night, the nicest gelateria down the road and great places to enjoy the water. The flat is really comfortable and provided for everything we needed. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon!

Appartement luxueux et confortable, très bien décoré et totalement équipé. Lit en 160 confortable, draps en coton et serviettes de toilette épaisses. Terrasse appréciable et fraîche. Appartement assez sombre, mais frais par forte chaleur, et nous n’étions pas là pendant la journée. Douche très agréable, mais non accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite (muret à enjamber). Quartier calme et très proche de la mer, bus faciles pour rejoindre le centre ville, la gare, l’aéroport. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Siamo stati ospiti dell’appartamento di Veronika per tre giorni, insieme ai nostri due bambini piccoli. La casa era impeccabilmente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio; l’arredamento, ancora più bello che nelle foto, crea un’atmosfera davvero accogliente. Situato in posizione panoramica leggermente sopra il centro di Sori (a soli cinque minuti di auto), l’appartamento regala una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il box auto privato è stato una comodità fondamentale, considerando quanto possa essere complicato parcheggiare in zona. Da Sori la stazione ferroviaria permette di raggiungere comodamente Recco e Camogli, mentre i traghetti conducono a Portofino e San Fruttuoso: la casa di Veronika è quindi una base perfetta per esplorare la Riviera di Levante. Veronika è sempre stata gentile e rapidissima nelle comunicazioni. Consigliamo vivamente il suo appartamento a chiunque voglia soggiornare in questa splendida zona!

Casa deliziosa, ampia, pulita e ricca di accortezze. Posizione ottima per raggiungere centro e mare (davvero due passi!). Ultima chicca: il ristorante a fianco fa un servizio eccezionale, praticamente come avere una mezza pensione comodamente a casa, scegliendo cosa mangiare! Tutto apprezzato, ci torneremo. Ps. Noi eravamo due adulti con due piccoli di 6e4 anni, tutto adatto!

Lorenzo did an amazing job. From the checkin until the checkout everything was perfect. if we had a question, we always got a super quick answer from Lorenzo. he also had a lot of good recommendations, like which restaurant or which beach we could go. We will definetly come again, big thanks to Lorenzo 🇮🇹

Tutto come descritto dal propietario! La villetta è in una posizione molto bella, la privacy è assoluta ed in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono le spiagge, supermercato e tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. La piscinetta è un tocca sana per le giornate di caldo. In casa c'è tutto il necessario per ogni esigenza ed anche di più. Loredana è stata molto accogliente e pronta ad ogni necessità! Torneremo molto volentieri.

Obwohl wir die Casa Sally recht kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir standen während unserer Fahrt von Hamburg nach Genua im angenehmen Kontakt mit Mario, der uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten & Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Vor Ort wurden wir von Pietro (Mariarosa´s Sohn) empfangen, der uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus zeigte das mit seinem mediterranen Stil äußerst charmant ist mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus fahrerisches Können, sowie ein gut motorisiertes Fahrzeug verlangt, aber es lohnt sich allemal, da man oben auf dem Berg in mitten einer Olivenplantage komplett ungestört wohnt. Auch die Vorzüge des Pools & Whirlpools konnten wir in privater Atmosphäre genießen. Das einzige was wir bei der Sommerhitze vermisst haben war eine Klimaanlage, wir konnten jedoch mit einem eigenen Ventilator Abhilfe Schaffen. Herzlichen Dank Mariarosa für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

The place was nice and peaceful, and the places were very clean, and there was enough space for 8 people. If necessary, we got instructions quickly if we had any questions. Since the place is on a slope, it is worth preparing to travel by car if you have, for example, heavy loads. You can also walk along a nice route to the center. We all had a good feeling about the vacation.

Very nice flat. If you have a big car, the roads and parking are a little bit challenging, but its ok. After a few rides you get used to the roads :-) You have to be aware that you are not alone, but Marinas family and other guests are possibly nearby. We liked the italian feeling and had no problem with it. Marina and family were very helpful, shared some food and were just very nice. All together a wonderful experience and a great basecamp for exploring the area. Thx to Marina and here family!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole a casa di Donatella. La comunicazione è stata eccellente fin dal primo contatto: sempre chiara, disponibile e molto flessibile rispetto ai nostri orari. La casa all’interno è funzionale e comoda, ma il vero punto forte è l’esterno: un bel giardino curato, una piccola piscina perfetta per rilassarsi, e soprattutto una vista spettacolare sul mare aperto. Un posto dove si respira tranquillità, perfetto per staccare la spina. Ci tornerei volentieri. Grazie Donatella per l’ospitalità! Marco

A great location, both inside and outside. All bedrooms were really nice and comfortable, the rest of the house was also perfect. You have to drive up the mountain for a while to reach the house, but then the view is stunning. The terraces and the pool are also beautiful. Maybe even better then the pictures. If I have to mention one small negative point, it is that you can hear the highway down below the mountain when you sit outside at the terrace, but I give the location a big ten.

Casa impeccabile, splendido spazio all'aperto. host sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno tranquillo fruendo di tutti i servizi disponibili.

Fürsorglicher / aufmerksamer Host, immer gut erreichbar, hat auf Bedürfnisse unmittelbar reagiert (zum Beispiel wenn in der Küche was fehlte), gute Hinweise für Erkundungen oder Restaurants gegeben. Auto von Vorteil - der Fussweg vom Dorf Camogli zum Haus führt über einen Treppenaufstieg - die Lage und Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön.

L'appartamento è davvero spazioso e attrezzato di tutto il necessario, arredato con gusto ed essenzialità. La posizione è strategica: vicina alla stazione, al porto, nel pieno centro storico, a due passi da pasticcerie, bar, ristorantini, negozi, ecc. Ci siamo mosse sempre a piedi e in treno. Il quartiere è popolare quindi è necessario non essere sprovveduti, ma ciò non costituisce un impedimento al visitare o al rientrare in casa. Eravamo 4 ragazze ed è andato tutto benissimo! grazie all'ospitalità di Cristiana e Paola e i loro consigli abbiamo passato un weekend meraviglioso! consigliatissimo!!

Some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. Ale's home is gorgeous, cosy and unique and a real treasure for book lovers. It was beautifully cool on the hottest days and the shaded balcony gave endless views of the sea, really a gem of a place!! Ale was incredibly helpful and kind, and did his best to accommodate us in every way. We had truly a fantastic time. Would very much recommend!

Es war alles sehr gut. Die Wohnung war wie beschreiben und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr schnell. Wir haben Francesco zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt aber er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Il soggiorno da Maria Paola è stato davvero piacevole. La casa era pulita, accogliente e perfettamente in linea con la descrizione dell’annuncio. La posizione è comoda sia per chi vuole rilassarsi che per chi desidera esplorare i dintorni. Maria Paola si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta. Comunicazione chiara e rapida. Consigliato!

Sono stata qualche giorno a Genova con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo! la casa è grande, arredata con gusto e pulita, l' host ha risposto a tutte le nostre necessità. Lo spazio è super consigliato per chi ha bimbi piccoli: la camera matrimoniale è stata dorata di lettino con riduttore ed è disponibile anche il seggiolone. Unica difficoltà l'accesso all'appartamento avendo il passeggino perché richiede di fare un po' di gradini. La consiglio sicuramente!

Monica è stata molto gentile, disponibile e corretta. La sua casa è molto ben arredata e curata in ogni dettaglio. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario (e anche di più). La posizione è ottima e rende la casa un punto di partenza ideale anche per piacevoli passeggiate. Non aggiungo altro, ma consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso la casetta di Monica. Pace e relax solo assicurati!
