Yes Luigi is a great host. Took good care of us, very communicative and nice. Communication with Luigi was easy and as constant as we needed until we arrived - and we always felt he was available if we'd had further problems, but we didn't. Luigi was smiling and waving as we arrived and wasted no time showing us to our high-ceiling, I agree the host Luigi is warm-hearted and welcoming.
