Monthly Rentals in Carrollton

The home was very nice. Note it is a two story with 20 steep steps but very clean. Everything we needed was available. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked different would be a TV in the bedroom. ;) The location was in the Carrollton downtown area and can walk to several restaurants and local shops. Enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Ease of finding it, lovely yard, peaceful, and a comfy home! Kim was in touch right up to the day or check in and the evening prior to check out. Very responsive to questions as well. We were in Carrollton there for a weekend trip for Stetson University baseball playing a series against University of Western Georgia, and it was a perfect location to The Square and the University. We will definitely be back!

This little cottage is off the beaten path and nestle between two towns. The amenities - beddings, kitchen utensils and accessories were very nice. The stocked coffee tea bar was my daughter’s favorite. Very clean. Very quiet. Nice mattresses. Would defiantly rent this place again. Thank you Kenny!!

Great little cottage near the heart of Carrollton. Short, easy walk to great restaurants and shops. My wife and I had great and relaxing time. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in the area.
