As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Alba & Morgan left a wonderful welcome treat for us and made it so easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and had everything we need. We loved that the house had two balconies. The three bedroom areas worked great for us (two bedrooms and a nice bed in a common area). The location was great. We misread the instructions on how to get there and went the wrong way (be sure to go *through* the tunnel, not past the tunnel). We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza, visited all five towns, and loved our time in Cinque Terre.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We chose the location as we wanted to be close to the beach. It was a little tricky to find at first but Enrico met us and showed us around and accompanied us to the parking spot. Enrico is extremely fast in response time and was able to share restaurants and interesting facts about the area. We stayed 3 nights and our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. The accommodation was private and had a great location to the beach. His space was very welcoming and exceptionally clean. Thank you Enrico.
